This has been my go to coffee shop in Wausau since I moved back to WI a year and a half ago. Recently I went inside with my husband and found that it is filthy dirty. I went again twice this week and the first time my coffee was awful and I couldn't even drink it, the second time was last night and they told me that they had already pulled the drawer and couldn't take my order and it was only 7:54. When your sign says 8:00, you take orders until 8:00 and if there are people already inside or in the drive through line, you take their orders too! That is how business is done. I could see if it was midnight but 8:00?? Not sure I will come here anymore. There is obviously a lack of management here and you never know what you are going to get!!
On a rainy day I stopped in to see what fresh donuts were available while visiting Rib Mountain/Wausau area; from my home in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Store was clean and well stocked with donut choices and I ended up getting a half-dozen boxed. My attendant was friendly and accommodating, and it appeared to be well staffed for the size of store and the busy area.
My 17 year old sister and I went there with her friend and got something to drink. Since I am only 11 my mom dosn't let me have coffie so I got a medium frozen hot coco. Then we went shopping for my sister to get new work pants. Went to 3-4 different stores, they didn't get anything. 3-4 hours of walking around stores just for them to get nothing. Still give dunkin 5 stars. <3

Typically we go through the drive thru however today we went inside. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. The female restroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned or mopped in weeks. The cover on top of the toilet didn't even fit and the handle was held up with duct tape. Not only was the restaurant filthy but I may suggest personal hygiene is important as well.
They do a great job and are friendly. Thanks for keeping us going each day!♥️?

Went to this location for the first time yesterday. Young man working Monday afternoon was exceptionally patient and thorough in explaining different options including the seasonal offerings. Very impressed by his work ethic. The caramel latte was incredible. Much better than anything we've ordered anywhere else like Starbucks. The powdered sugar custard donuts are my favorite and they had them so that was a win. We will definitely return to this Rib Mountain location!
On November 22 at about 2:30pm went through the drive through and after I had completed my order they didn't tell me how much the drinks where. Got to the window to pay and get the drinks and waited for 10 minutes before they came to the window, also while in that ten minutes they had our drinks ready, but worked on the two other orders behind us before finally give us our drink. Was ready to leave and much better prefer the Dunkin Donuts heading North out of Wausau. Very disappointed in the service performance.
Been here 5 times to keep giving them a retry.. every single time I go they are out of tons of doughnuts.. my favorite one has never been available when I go.. I live far an only can come once in a while.. an when I ask they always laugh an say well we have all these!! A;it’s not a lot..
