I requested a contactless delivery order, and the driver was pounding on my door at 11PM. My roommates work early in the morning. When I request contactless please do not knock on the door. My roommates were not happy.

My husband and I were starving and decided to walk into Dominoes, we both ordered different sandwiches and cinnamon knots, waited outside for it to be done. The customer service was very friendly, the amount of time for lunch was perfect and honestly the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the Italian sandwich were delicious well made fresh veggies and perfectly cooked and put together!! Thank you for a delicious lunch!! We are pleased all around! And thank you for extra napkins and plates:) well done! Keep up the good work the young man and woman who helped us!!! Ordered pizza and a soda today. Selected contactless delivery. Left a note for them to go to the back porch, left door and leave it at the bottom of the steps. The front door and back right door is for the downstairs unit. I go downstairs and it's nowhere to be seen. Not inside either set of doors or on the back porch.I call them and tell them I can't find the pizza and say if it's left in the front I can't go get it because I'm on crutches and can't carry a pizza box around the building like that. It's another story inching you way up some stairs that you can set a pizza on. That's why I asked them to bring it to the back.So they tell me they'll remake the order. They bring it to the back porch this time. However, they bring the wrong soda and cut it into squares instead of the regular slices that I requested.And the last time I ordered from them they completely left out the tomatoes and spinach from the pasta primavera I ordered.

Although this says I last visited 6 months ago, that is untrue. I was there today and on Dec.1st my grandsons 5th birthday I ordered pizzas for the party. I used the 2 for $5.99 deal for my order. 6 pizzas to be exact. 2 sausage, 2 pepperoni & 2 cheese. I tried placing the order online as I usually do, but it wouldn't allow me for some reason. So I had to call in my order. No problem. My daughter, mother of my grandson, the birthday boy picked up the pizzas. We were rushing and so many people were there already. So she gets there 1st as I was picking up a friend and their child for her.. How embarrassing when I arrived and my daughter whispers to me that all the pizzas were burnt with the exception of one the cheese ones. I tried calling them a few times after seeing the pizzas.. But finally gave up because there were a bunch of hungry kids and adults..slot of the pizza went to waste..(the garbage), thank goodness we had other food items, fruit trays, meat & cheese and cracker tray, chips, cake etc. I just apologized to everyone for how the pizza turned out. I've never really had any issues with this Domino's that I use often, got the past 14yrs. I did take photos of all of them. I went in today with the hopes of being able to speak with manager, but there was just a young man working. I was so embarrassed that day with all the guests there. Adults and kids. $40 for burnt pizza.. Really?!! Bring Joyce back!! If you're curious as to why I haven't been persistent on this matter, I've been so busy, between work, kids and grandkids.. Just not enough time. So I let it go. But I do plan on mentioning it the next time we order from there. Please check your orders before you leave the restaurant, or if it is delivery, check your pizzas before the delivery person can leave.

Update: contacted at email address provided in owner response. No response. Will not be ordering again.Ordered pizza and wings today for our employees. We put the order in online and it said it would be done in 25 minutes. Apparently 25 minutes is their go to time phrase. We arrived to pick the pizza up 5 min after our pick up time. Food was not done. They told us 25 more minutes, they were "slammed". 25 more minutes passed and no food. Mind you, we have employees waiting to go on break so this is a little time sensitive. Now over an hour has passed sitting waiting. Food is supposedly done. The dude then tells us they messed something up so....yep, 25 more minutes. We finally got our pizza almost 2 hours after we ordered it. They didn't even bother apologizing. They did however continually praise one another for "crushing it". If "crushing it" means having undercooked pizza and waiting for 2 hours then yes, you guys "crushed" it alright. In the future it would be nice if you could be transparent about wait times and at least give people a heads up when you have to wait literally hours for food. BOOO Dominoes, BOOO

Waited over two hours (including one hour with the tracker sitting on quality check), called and was told it’d be sent out in 20mins, only to check the tracker 10mins later and see the store cancelled my order. Also lost 60 rewards pts for this. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Waited for 2 1/2 hours before finally calling to cancel my order. Watched on their "pizza tracker" while my order sat for over an hour after being baked waiting to be delivered. Talked with the manager on duty, no acknowledgment of a problem and no apology. This was to replace the last order that took over an hour and was cold from sitting out for a half hour after baking. So it was a "Free" pizza that I still was going to pay $13 for because they don't replace the entire order that was bad in the first place, and you're still charged delivery fees, and I always leave a better tip than the small suggestions on their website, before even knowing how good or bad the service will be.

Bruh they gave me attitude and they mess up my order. I ordered hot buffalo wings and they put a little bit of sauce on it????
