Service was not good. Middle of the afternoon. No other dinners just us 4. Order came out wrong for my son after giving specific directions on what he wanted. Chicken Patty plain on a bun nothing else. Came out with sauce dripping. ? Had to ask for ketchup. Had to ask for refills of drinks. Had to ask for sweetner sugar 3 times. Prices high for what the quality was. Disappointed to say the least
Just happened in there, was a very good experience. I had a pulled pork sandwich and my wife had a pecan strawberry salad.Everything was great. Server was friendly and helpful and the lady from the kitchen that brought our food out was also very good. Prices are reasonable. Give this place a try. As bar food goes, it is very good.
Sunday brunch: I had the skillet which was amazing! The sauteed mushrooms and onions in it were seasoned perfectly; the hash browns were crispy; and the hollandaise was delicious. So much food I brought half home.He had the eggs Benedict, but didn't try them because I had so much food. He said they were excellent.Friendly staff, calm atmosphere. You can watch golfers tee off while you eat, too.
I had to give 1 star or I couldn’t leave a review. They didn’t deserve 1 star.Bartender was very unpleasant. Needs to be more enjoyable with customers. Didn’t come back to give refills on soda.Very pricey for food and wasn’t all that good.Was there for lunch on 6-2-22.

Stopped in after church for brunch. The skillet was very good. Come hungry because their portions are huge.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend bunkers restaurant. I had a salad that contained peanuts and the peanuts had gone rancid. So, I was served rancid food. When I pointed this out I was given 25% off of my meal. My mother was with me and she suffered with intestinal issues for 24 hours after eating there. The waitress was a nice lady.

Excellent service, atmosphere, selection, and two votes for best in Wausau. Cheese curds Black and Jam Burger Beer selection and Old fashions also received honorable mention.
