They constantly get my orders wrong, if i order for pick up... i made the staff repeat my order because i was afraid they would mess it up again and they did. She told me it was the kitchen's fault. Didnt offer me any compensation or apologize. She had no sense of care. I had to ask for her to correct their wrong. It was like pulling teeth for her to be nice or show some compassion.
I ordered 20 wings and a chicken quesadilla. I waited 35 minutes for my order. First bite of quesadilla tasted like I bit into fish bones. The cheese was not melted but the chicken was burnt and overcooked. I only got 17 wings and when I brought my concern up to my waitress Cass, she sighed and rolled her eyes and said “it’s not a big deal I can just go get you three more wings.” I asked for her manager and she rolled her eyes again and walked away. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. By the time the manager got there, I had lost my appetite and I will never dine in again. Apparently the chicken quesadilla is supposed to taste like that because it’s cooked on the grill, the cook doesn’t count wings but you have to pay for how many you ordered, and when you bring up a concern, your waitress sighs and rolls her eyes and says it’s not a big deal.
We ordered 20 wings one with hotter pepper sauce for my friend and mine regular barbuque. They were served all in same metal container and the hot ? pepper sauce mixed into my more mild ones to the point I couldn't eat mine. We did bring it to attention to wait staff who gave me 6 wings in seperate plate. However due to the hot ? pepper flavor of my friends it ruined my taste and dinner. I highly suggest when people order wings with complete seperate flavors please serve them seperated. Also I had no idea what sauce was ranch and what others were as same color.
Bone less wings have shrank to half the size they used to be. They were cold. Staff is rude, inaccurate. Just don’t even bother visiting this place. They don’t care about your experience, value, or anything.
Good wings. Friendly staff. Not bad prices either. Came here super bowl Sunday and had a good time
My son ordered food and when he went to pick it up they told him it would be 10 minutes even though the app he ordered through said it was ready. He waited for over 40 minutes while tons of other people kept coming in and getting their food and they just kept telling him 10 more minutes. After 45 minutes he gave up and left and was out $20 because of it. He said employees were just standing around doing nothing. Ridiculous
The food was good, a bit greasy but fine. Nothing special. The server was not very friendly and didn't seem like any of them were.
i had ranch and so did my friends and they gave us extra wet. it tastes very bad and i am allergic to things that are “too wet.” it is so overpowering and i honestly should have asked for a refund
I placed an order for takeout. They had given my order to a different customer and had to make mine again. Fine.20 minutes went by and I walked back in and picked up my order. Drove home and found no french fries, ranch sauce, bleu cheese, celery or carrots.Drove back to pick up the missing items and checked the order at the counter--- still no carrots.Three times my order was messed up. No credit for next time, no extra wings to smooth things over. They did apologize. An apology would have been acceptable after the first screw-up. Not the third. And conspicuously, I did not receive a "how did we do" email afterward.On top of that there was a 99 cent "takeout fee". They literally charge you to not eat inside their restaurant during a pandemic.FWIW the food was the same as any BWW.
Friendly and informed staff. Excellent wings. Large variety. Clean restrooms. More like a cafeteria than a friendly dine in restaurant.
