Raw chicken wings? I got an order of boneless wings that were raw inside. I didn't get a picture of them since they were taken away from us, but we had already ate most of the wings and they were taken away from us once we showed the waitress that they were raw. Thankfully we didn't get sick.It definitely makes me apprehensive about the quality control of the food being served.We didn't get them taken off the bill or get an apology from the manager. Our nice waitress did, however, apologize to us.Regardless, besides that one off chance encounter with the boneless wings, I've had mostly good experiences here. Just... Don't get the wings.
Manager is Gnarly and he is always interacting with his employees let alone occupants, dailies, and even just the stop through on vaca type. Family atmosphere and the food is always wonderful...and NO I AM NOT SAYING THIS BECAUSE I HAVE MY OWN PLATE of food with my personal recipe added to their chefs food...it's EVEN ON THE MENU NOW!!!!! LOL LBVS
My husband took me here the other day, and we had the sirloin steak, four cheese Mac with honey pepper chicken, and loaded waffle fry appetizer.Biggest issue is we were not informed about them being out of certain items on the menu. We ordered, and when we received our food it was all wrong. Wrong pasta, wrong sides, no cheese, the list goes on. Horrible experience, and I doubt we will return. The appetizer was the only good part about this meal.
Food was disappointing. Undercooked shrimp is a real stomach churner. The bathrooms were disgusting and the restaurant needs an overall overhaul. Everything is very worn and falling apart from the outside to the inside.
The wife and I went here last week and she got a steak that she said was ok. I got a full rack of ribs to go. Bad choice. Got them home and they looked like they we a day old. Dried up no BBQ sauce on them. Truly sad display. We were going to go to Olive Garden but I talked her into Abees. Never again.
Our server was very good, attentive without being annoying or hoovering. The food was really good. Restroom was clean
Normally I have been very well satisfied with Applebee's. This time my wife and I had a "2 for $31" deal, I had pork ribletts my wife had Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. We both had a side salad and split a boneless wings also. My wife's meal was good and hot but my ribletts were only warm and my garlic mashed potatoes were COLD. The restaurant was a little under 1/2 full at the time.
I ordered from doordash and I had made specific things on my order which was not followed. Then I called the restaurant to have it corrected and they passed the buck and told me to call doordash doordash did refund my money but do not order from these people they do not want to take responsibility when they do something wrong and for the money that I spent it wasn't that good. And they did not include any silverware or napkins what was I supposed to do eat it with my hands it was pasta!!
Ordered takeout, had beer while waiting since I got there early. Bartender was excellent, and personable. Food order was on time and food was excellent!
Our waitress was amazing! She offered suggestions when we were unsure and was spot on with her suggestions. This location has a great staff!
