The staff was wonderful but l was highly disappointed in my take home fettuccine alfredo with chicken. I expected thick sliced chicken but got shredded instead. Plus to top it all off, there was a hair embedded in the sauce...gross!
Worst ever service in WI ! Not sure what happened to the food, but it even looked nasty! The only things anyone at our table liked were the cheese curds. Was served spoiled tomato on burger & when I picked up my burger grease dripped from it-I had one bite, spit it back out, and was done. Gross. I used love going to 2510, but will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN.
Because of staff shortage they close early on sundays. So if your birthday is on a Sunday you cannot extend to the next day. This place is a joke!
This was our first time visiting. The atmosphere was so welcoming. The bartender made the best old fashions I have had in a really long time. The food was excellent and our waitress was awesome! Can’t wait to go back again. Very impressed.
Very nice restaurant with fresh homemade Ravioli and Tortellini. Friendly server but very slow and unorganized. We waited 15mins for appetizer and water, and another 20 mins for our salads. The main course was at least 40mins. It took forever to get our to go boxes for leftovers and the bill. We were there an hour and a half with two other couples with our waitress. I would have loved dessert, but was afraid it would take another 20mins to get.
Delicious French onion soup. I also had teriyaki chicken with garlic mashed potatoes... definitely worth a visit!!
We were just driving by, never been here before. We swung in for lunch. Very good lunch,good service. Served in a timely manner. We will be back. Very nice wait staff.
We called three days in advance to order caramel pecan rolls for my daughter's 13th b-day (her request). Every time I call to order baked goods I always hang up the phone thinking "There is no way...". When I walk in to pick up it always feels like I'm interrupting the staff. The reluctantly go to the back and I always hold my breath...will they have my order? Many times they've had to come clarify my name, order, etc... Then back they go again. Today was no exception. Same drill. Only this time they didn't have my order (annoyed, sad). I waited for them to offer a resolution...they make two rolls a day so they offered those to me. At least my daughter would get her birthday request.They had the order but it was stuck to the order in front of it...mistakes happen. We ended up walking out with the two rolls, driving to another store for donuts and piecing together a breakfast from our two stops.That bakery has always had delicious cakes and rolls but for every delicious bite of sugary baked goods they have an equally frustrating customer service experience...awkward ordering, tired looking bakery case, unenthusiastic employees...
Everything was great!!! The service the food the bakery! Shrimp Alfredo the best! Cupcakes very moist and delicious even the next days! Love love love this place. Big variety
The appetizers were amazing and most of the meals were very good. However the two that were not the best was the Country fried chicken which was hard and grisly and the Teriyaki chicken was overwhelming teriyaki wow. All our guest enjoyed themselves.
