Why do you have signs up that day dining room open if you keep your doors locked all the time? Wasting peoples time.Also you should have your doors open for door dash drivers, time is money and when we have to wait 20 minutes in your drive thru, it no longer becomes worth it. Mid as well not make your door dash orders because drivers won’t wait 20 mins for your drive thru.Have a sign that says open for delivery drivers or something, that’s what every other fast food restaurant does in the whole area. You and Taco Bell are the only ones without this option. You’ll lose business

It has been years since I have been to Wendy's. I hit the Drive thru because my daughter wanted a Baked Potato...sad to hear they discontinued the Broccoli Cheese Potato but my daughter enjoyed the Bacon Cheese Potato, fries and a Frosty. I had a Chocolate Frosty(who knew there are choices now)still great tasting.
Ordered A bacon egg and cheese biscuitGot a sausage and egg sandwich ! Complained to management and told ,I could get a free combo next time .So I went for free combo and ordered theSame thing Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and got a very rude and nasty purple hair and lots of piercing girl ,And got a biscuit with egg and cheese onlyNever going there again !!
I went through the drive-thru today and have to say everything was great. The food was hot, service was great, and the order was correct. It is hard to find a decent fast food place anymore. You should hang onto the staff you had today, they were excellent!
Looked at website and says open 630am. Went to go inside but the doors are locked, nothing says anything is open. There is a neon “open” sign, but it wasn’t on.It’s been like this for quite awhile now. If you (owner) don’t care, I don’t care.
I go through the drive thru and ordered a kids cheeseburger plain. Ended up with no cheese. Which I paid more for. Asked for a chicken sandwich and ended up with one bun. Called multiple times and they keep hanging up on me. The time before this I ordered and they couldn't get my order right. I'm done. The fries are cold they promise them hot. The order isn't right. And no one cares enough to not hang up on their customer.
There’s was a rude woman taking my order at the drive through, and gave me the wrong order. Only thing that made this review 2 stars instead of 1 was the manager who seemed nice
