Love this place just wish it wasn't so far ! If there was one by my home in west allis that would be the cherry on top lol! customer service is alwys above &beyond they're more patient on the speaker w/ order taking than most drive thru/fast food restaurants these days .. .ie: "anything else , will that be All, anything else"that's enough to make a customer nuts especially when your Spending ur hard earned$..... makes us feel rushed&then end up ordering something you don't even enjoy cuz its just not what you had the taste for you wanted to look at menu board 4 a minute geez! But no not at taco John's in Waukesha- you never feel rushed to get ur order in even if there's a line of cars- they alwys know just the right thing to do w/ there guests to make us feel welcome, comfortable,&keep us coming back for more!! Really enjoyed the potato oles .... you gotta get the cheese sauce- yum making me hungry even typing this lol!Go here you won't be disappointed or DISSATISFIED! THANK YOU TACO JOHN'S! There are many nice people majority of the time. This time the girl in drive-thru was a major b****. There was an issue with the order she says no it was correct and I said okay not a problem I will trust her because I wasn't 100% positive. She instead says pull around and throws the bag at us and closes the window
Taco John’s in Waukesha says they’re open until 11, but they close before 1030. Not a good way to run a business.
Taco John's never ever fails to impress. The quality of the food is always parallel to the quality of the service, and that's always top notch.Visit this location, or any of the others, and you're always guaranteed a good experience. Better food, service, and atmosphere than anywhere with a bell in their name, every time.
Service was good... Food always good... Only thing i would like to see is having indicators to were to stand. I still stay 6 feet away from people, but people be all up on me in line. I don't feel comfortable having people standing right behind me
Manager is awesome- very accommodating with my order. If you haven't tried Taco John's, make the trip to Waukesha. Get the Potato Oles. Food is fresh- IMHO, way better than The Bell.
I Purchased $30.00 worth of food thru the drive thru and a large drink. The Potatoe oles were so good we came back for more fifteen mins later and they refused to refill my drink they overfilled the first time , and it spilled on me.
My experience was great today like it was three weeks ago food great including service and two completely different crews, however I noticed the same problems like dirty tables however at least this time the straws etc were stocked.
I was walking my dog the other night and they let me do a drive-thru walk up. There fast and the food was very good. Plus, there cheaper than most fast food places.
Good food and amazing potatoes but the prices are really high for the amount of food you get. Plus if a train comes by and they don't hear you want cheese sauce and ask for it at the window you can't get it. NO ALTERATIONS AT THE WINDOW, CONPANY POLICY
