They need more people working In there at night time. I had few experiences where I left the drive through because only one person is working and will not communicate or say anything after 10-20 minutes of waiting. This worker rather pretend or do nothing for an hour because he’s the only one in there and this Taco Bell closes at 11:00pm. 6-10 card waiting and legit all customers left . Do not go after 9:00pm.
Yep, second time its closed at 8:00pm. I tried this place twice in 7 days. So, just close this location, update your website and google hours until you have staff. I will checl back next week just for sport
It is hit or miss with this location. I've been shorted multiple items before and I've also had perfect orders. This last time they couldn't give any beverages because the machines were down. I had ordered on the app so they don't offer any kind of refund and complaints don't get you anything. The poor girl said she could offer me a cold bottle of water so I accepted it so at least I got something.
Placed an order on the Taco Bell app for pickup at 7pm on a Sunday and when I arrived they told me they didn’t have any food and I had to cancel. The app wouldn’t cancel it, and they said I had to call customer service then. Unfortunately they charge you immediately when you place the order, not when you pick it up. I tried calling twice the next day and let the phone sit on hold for 2 hours both times and never got someone on the phone.
I placed an order for pick up for my lunch, and spent 20 minutes in the drive through, 15 of those minutes were spent in front of the order kiosk, and no one even said a word to me until I started asking questions on why it was taking so long. And when I finally got my order, half of it was made wrong. 1/10, never going to this location again
Very friendly staff, but a little slow at times. The problem being not enough staff or sometimes the employees are talking and not focusing enough. More focus on making orders faster would definitely help. Otherwise the food is always made right and there are never missing items.
Always screw up your order and then the door is locked so you can't get them to fix it. Plus they took the phone off the hook so it is busy. Now sitting in a 10 car deep drive thru line to get my missing items while all the other food gets cold, no way! I'm getting a refund they can have all this cold food back. Redicilous. Don't ever go here.
I ordered 4 chicken Chipotle melts Saturday at 1:45. Received 3, got home and they looked like soft tacos. Opened 1 up and had 1 3/" piece of chicken with 1tsp of cheese plus not grilled. Had to scrape all 3 to make 1. I've had these many times before and liked them. I'll never go to this location again.
There is a very clear and complete lack of leadership at this store. Customer service is non-existent.To start, we went through the drive through around 750 pm. They were taking one order at a time and waiting to take the next order until the previous order had been completed and the car had pulled away. I placed my order and asked the person at the window if they were working alone (I was feeling empathetic). They said no there's 2 people here. Ok, you're short staffed (still feeling bad for them, being short staffed is terrible). I have never been here when they did not "run out" of nacho fries. So I ordered something different (a drink and two burritos). I got my food and I pulled away. My better half checked the bag to find out they only put 1 Burrito in there.I went inside and let them know. They were working on the order from the car behind me. I heard the woman making the food say "don't send that out yet, you're missing a bellgrande." Mind you I've been waiting for 5 minutes for the Burrito they didn't give me. I had to move my truck to let the other customer out of the drive through. As I was walking back up to the store the employee came out and handed me the missing Burrito and said there ya go. No apology for missing it on the simplest of orders, no apology for an excessive wait, nothing.When it was all said and done we waited just shy of 20 minutes for 2 burritos and a drink. There were 2 cars in front of us that both only had a single bag of food handed to them through the window. There were actually 3 people in their store. The lady on the make line had a ridiculous attitude. None of the three employees seemed to understand the idea of sense of urgency. This place needs some serious leadership help and guidance.
The worker I interacted with was quite friendly. Asked if I wanted sauce as I'd neglected to put any on my online order. Quick and efficient as is typical for me at this location. (At every taco bell I've been to honestly.)
