It would be faster to drive to the Taco Bell on the other side of Waukesha and order there. Stop going to this location. It's a failure. They're missing out on so much opportunity, no wonder they can only afford to run a skeleton crew.Sincerely,The gal stuck in the drive-thru

I ordered 2 extra nachos and cheese and asked the servers to repeat the order bas d upon mistakes made on the past. When I returned home the added nachos, for which I was charged, were missing. I called the manager, Nina, who offered 3 burrito supremes and nachos and cheese to compensate for the loss and inconvenience. I was expected to claim the compensation last Sunday at 5PM, but was unable to do so so I called back on May 17fh and asked to speak to a manager who was extremely disrespectful and refused to honor what the other manager had offered! I have also left tips w no thx forthcoming from the staff. I note other positive reviews and wonder how their experience can be so different! Staff desperately need training in positive and respectful customer relations!

The staff at this location are always friendly and customer service oriented even when short staffed. Waiting for everything these days has become a thing but the friendly staff like P, Katie and others do make the effort to keep things positive and moving along. I really appreciated the fact that this location opened the dining room prior to many of the other locations and really did a great job considering the challenges of these times. Keep up the great work!

The food was good. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The wait in the drive through was long because they were understaffed like so many fast food places are these days.

While the staff was really nice and apologetic I sat in the line for over 45 minutes. There were only 2 people working at the time and they had a line stretching out on to the street. They should definitely try to have more people on the schedule to relieve the stress off of the employees and make the customers happier with faster service.

I would have given no stars if that was an option. I came for dine in and I was asked to order fromthe kiosk. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order. I might have hit a record in wait time at a fast food chain. There were 3 people working and dining was empty other than 2 of us. Drive through was not so busy either. I don't know what was going on...

Only 2 cars in front of us at the ordering speaker, still took 20min to finally get to order. Ordered 3 cheesy Gordita crunches, 1 Large Baja Blast soda, 1 large Blue Raspberry freeze, and cinnamon twists. The person took the order, didn’t say our total and just told us to go to the next window. Waited another 20min to get to the next window. Didn’t get a receipt or our cinnamon twists, and the freeze was only 3/4 full. Figured it was taking long due to short staff, when we drove around to leave we looked inside, and there were about 5 staff members inside, most of them on their phones or not doing anything, and the Lobby was closed. Definitely wasn’t going to wait another 40min in line to get my order corrected. Would expect this caliber of service from a Taco Bell in the inner city.

To start it off I ordered a chicken Crunchwrap and was told they didn’t have it. Yet they have regular beef crunchwraps and they have chicken, so therefore they have chicken crunchwraps. Second I ordered two ordered of chips and cheese which I was charged for and never received it. Third I asked for sauce and received no sauce. To top the cake, or should I say taco there was no sense of customer service or kindness from the employees. There were two employees running around while I could see another one sitting on her phone in the back doing literally nothing. If I could give zero stars I would.

The staff here has always been great, customer service wise.Today my trip was just after breakfast so I asked if they still had a breakfast item available that I could add to other items (eggs). They in fact did, when I asked for them to be added to items that they were serving they failed to actually add them to the actual items but did put them on the side.I feel that they are being asked to go above and beyond what they actually are paid for by keeping their times of service down, and still performing as awesome as they have.

Waited forever for my food, when i finaly got it my order was wrong... i brought it to their attention and the one girl behind the counter (who had her gut hanging out) burst out laughing!!! Once i finaly got my food i pulled a GIANT hair out of it.... i also brought this to their attention, to which i was told they wair hair nets so it couldn't be theirs
