I used to love taco bell. Now it costs eleven dollars for two chalupa. Now I prefer Taco John's. If I'm paying a lot for drive through Mexican food, it might as well actually be WORTH what I'm paying for. Plus, the food just tastes odd here. I'm not sure if it's the water, or if they've changed vendors, but even the texture of the meat feels....idk. CANNED. Sorry, TB, I'm done.
It's fast food at It's finest. Taco Bell is usually good, however tonight was bad. The rice was either sitting to the point of being hard or undercooked. There was forgotten food specifically the entree to the meal. Then also a a chicken wrap/roll up was missing. Usually don't have this issue the drive thru wasn't horribly busy, but tonight just was not their night may not venture to this specific location for awhile if not ever again.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered online and got to the speaker, the person on the speaker had a major attitude problem. When a lady brought my food out she once again had an attitude. I put on my order 8 sauce packets. It even said so on the screen of the speaker. When I received my food, no sauce. This place keeps getting worse and worse!! On top of all of that, my burrito was cold and the tortilla was dry. Come on man.
The food is ok. I'll give credit to the lady in the night shift with the piercings that shift will make it happen when its busy af with staff short af... stay cool we get it... its busy af just keep the food coming lol....
Guy in the drive through was super baked. Took 5 minutes to order 3 things. Drive through was literally the worst imaginable. Hope you have patience and a small vehicle otherwise go somewhere else.
I originally ordered a party pack of tacos, online from Grub Hub. I ordered at 6:33 p.m. Tracked my order and it was supposed to be delivered between 7:01 and 7:05. Than it was delayed to 7:35, and again to 8pm. Than it got delayed for a 4th and 5th time. I canceled my order from Grub Hub, even though they didn't fulfill my order, they still charged my card. I asked for a refund to be immediately returned to my card. Grub Hub told me it would be. When I read the email, it stated it wouldn't be returned for 5 business days. I will NEVER order through Grub Hub again. Anywho, the Manager that was working at the time, was very customer supportive, very nice and accommodating. His name is Eric and he totally deserves a kudos from Taco Bell. Just want to thank you Eric for being so nice. I think you deserve a raise. I also would like to throw in the review, that you are probably the ONLY competent Manager I have ever had conversation with. Finally, someone that knows how to manage. Also, the person working the drive-thru window tonight, very nice.
The best experience ever, By far one of the best experiences the cashier Erika is the best cashier not just at TacoBell but at any fast food establishments, my friends and I were enjoying a midnight drive in very hyper slap happy moods and Erika matched the vibe ups old us on drinks and at the window greeted us with a genuine smile if every store had an Erika bad service wouldn’t be a problem
Fine quality for a taco bell, but horrendous at getting orders correct if any special orders (eg swap nacho cheese for the jalepeno cheese sauce on a chicken quesadilla to be more kid friendly, about 1/10 average they get it right)
I know finding enough help is tough right now but either hire more people or close this store until there are enough staff that are properly trained to do their jobs well. I waited in line for 25 minutes last night and moved two car spots. It was taking over 12 minutes per order. That's insane. I ended up leaving the line and went to culver's and on my way back home looked at the line and the car in front of me was still in the same spot. I literally drove down the road, went inside Culvers and ordered, got my meal and got back home before any more customers were served at Taco Bell... I hope the owner of this location takes this seriously because you're losing customers like myself every day it operates like that. I won't be going back until I am sure it's dealt with.
I went there tonight and there was only what looked liked 1 or 2 employees. This poor guy was taking orders and making the food. He deserves a raise. They should make sure that, that employee had some help. He made the most amazing food and that's saying g something cause its taco bell. The man who made my food this evening kudos to you. Hope your year gets better.
