I usually order in the app to bank rewards and use promo codes. My order is always ready by the time I leave my house and walk in the store. I have never had an order made incorrectly or slow. Food is always consistent and meets your expectations. If you order curbside the app for whatever reason waits to send your order to be made. Best best is to just order pick up and grab your food off of a rack right next to the front door.
I order my lunch via the app here often. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick. Recently when I ordered the order glitched and reverted the sandwich to its original toppings. I didn’t notice and when I realized, they helped me right away and remade the sandwich with what I wanted on it. I’ve never had a bad experience here and it’s currently my favorite subway location (yes I have a favorite subway!).

My husband ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Sub and the bread was over toasted and hard, the chicken didn’t taste like Teriyaki instead it tasted like Chipotle. He was very unsatisfied, said it will take him awhile to go back. We have been going there for several years and had been satisfied.
Clean and staff is very considerate by still wearing masks. This is the only subway I’ve been to in Milwaukee where they still wear masks and disinfect. Thank you. Give these people a raise!

Went here at 810 and the lights were off and the doors were locked. They open at 8. Reached out to subway the franchisee emailed me back and told me the worker forgot to turn on the sign, but they were open. Then when I told him it was dark and I pulled on the doors he claimed the worker was just in the back and punched in at 730a- get your story straight.
