This place sucks was way better a few weeks ago new owners are skimming on everything ordered extra meat and still put on the regular amount , Jersey Mike’s is the new place to go
Ordered a 6in Tuna Sub on Sunday, January 2nd for dinner and have had severe symptoms of food poisoning since then, now going onto day 2 on January 4th. Will not be going to this location or ordering tuna from subway again.
Rude unprofessional people! Last week I stopped to get a sandwich, went in said hi nobody said it back, then I waited for about 10 minutes to order! They didn't even say that they will be with me in minutes or something like that. I left without buying a sandwich and will never go back to this store, I which I can give it zero star!!
Store is constantly closing earlier and earlier. Store closes at 9 but they are already shut down by 8:45. If you wanna close at 8, just change your hours of operation already..
Staff was very friendly, safety guidelines were in place and food was prepared well.
Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. Had to take the time to write this review for them.
Creepy weird vibe coming from this place been there once and don’t plan on revisiting.
I am here to right a wrong made by a relative who picked a verbal fight with the staff, the gentlemen handled it well considering the circumstances. Overall, grandma was a j**** and the guys were wonderful. Highly recommend this Subway location.
Manager John was very accommodating in planning a large catering order. His customer service was outstanding. I would definitely order from him again and highly recommend to others.
The employee was upset because I had another order and didn't tell him, gave me attitude while shaking his head. His buddy decided to chime in once I stated that he was being very rude. Due to staff I would not recommend this subway.
