The worst customer service ever! I don’t think the girls wanted to be there! Very rude I will not return

I ordered a tuna sandwich on gluten free bun (because I have an allergy) which some Subway's carry - this one did not, so I ordered the 6" tuna sandwich without the bread (which OBVIOUSLY saves them money). I gave them a coupon that was mailed to everyone's houses in the area and they wouldn't take it because they said it was a salad. I didn't order a salad, so they wanted to charge me double for a salad. I refused to pay for a salad since that wasn't what I ordered so he told me I didn't need to take it. I opted not to take it and they had to throw it out! I received NOTHING DIFFERENT than what I would have put on the bread. So they preferred throwing it away instead of selling it to me as the sandwich without the bread. What a horrible way to run a business. Lost a customer AND the cost of the sandwich they had already made in a bowl. Apparently they don't care about customer service! Extremely disappointed in Subway.

Alright subway, I ordered my usual(subway melt) and decided to put some oil on. They absolutely DRENCHED it in oil, it dripped everywhere. And on a side not I learned I am allergic to their oil. The res was fine and my gf enjoyed her sub, just avoid the oil.

Submitted order online. Ordered was made wrong and mixed up. When i called back i was told thats why no one places orders online and i should have came in. When i asked to have it corrected i was told they dont do orders over the phone and was hung up on
