This is my home Starbucks. And they have gotten so much better in the last few months with speeding up the drive thru lines. Excellent staff, and service.
Awesome staff at this location. Have never had an issue with an order and they're always friendly and accommodating.
Nothing was going right today, but Cami or Kami made it better. ☀️ will be back!!!
I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is very friendly, and they remember your name and what you drink.. highly recommend
I'm a huge fan of the drive thru service! Since Covid, they always seem to be out of something. Luckily, I'm laid back and just choose something else off the menu. Would really love to see more gluten friendly options.
Nice place to get out of the hotel for a while. First night we had to move car so the delivery drivers could get through. Next night we got kicked with the lights turning off about 10 minutes before closing.

Staff is always VERY friendly. Almost always there is a line, but it moves fast.(They ask you for your name in the drive-thru, yet they don't address you with it)
Used to have a friendly staff but they have changed to a cold crew. Doesn’t acknowledge you when you’ve been coming to this store since it opened a few years ago. Was a daily customer but have stopped coming altogether. Will search out a different store.
The staff at this location rock. No matter how busy it is the service is always friendly and fast. They're always going above and beyond to help the customer have the best experience. Also they all wear masks, and almost always correctly. Thanks Grandview Starbucks staff ? Along with all this, the cafe environment is cozy and welcoming. There is a good amount of seating and plugs.
