Annoying how often their lobby is closed. At least update in the Starbucks app that you no l9nger offer in store services.
I am a Starbucks barista and understand what the drinks are suppose to look like when made correctly. Going up to the window raegan handed us out drinks with an attitude and one of them didn’t look correct. I asked her to remake it and she said it was made correctly with more attitude that was unnecessary.
I got the wrong order so I called and the person who answered said I could just come in and tell them and they will take care of it. I asked if there was a name I had to give , she said no no just tell then what happened and they will get you a coffee on the house . I couldn't go back same day seen as I was on my way to work. When I went today to get my free coffee I had to wait while I was questioned like I was lying. Then she had to go talk to the manager and 5 mins later I was handed my coffee. Maybe you need a different system for remakes . I felt like I had done something wrong. Will not return to this location.
I asked for almond milk which she didn't hear. Then we got to the window and the barista looked at me and said are you kidding me. We paid just over $16 for our drinks.. I've never had such rude treatment at a Starbucks.
The cafe is always closed, but on the door there's a sign stating "our store is open for you" or something like that with the doors locked. I always order with the Starbucks app so I can just grab and go on my way, but am always forced to go through the extremely long drive-thru line because I've already paid for my coffee which is cold by the time I get it. I've given them many chances as this is the most convenient location for me when I have appointments nearby, and gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a temporary issue for some reason, but it's obvious this is not the case as the cafe has never been open once since I've been getting my coffee there. I assume they don't open the cafe because they don't feel like cleaning up after guests, which is part of the job. If that's the case they should seriously find jobs outside of food service because it's obvious they don't like their jobs. They're just one step away from refusing to make coffee and food because they just plain don't feel like it. Worst Starbucks location ever, and I will not be back, I'll just get my coffee from Kwik Trip where I know it will be hot and fresh.
This location is the worst. It is unpredictable if the café will be open. I have gone to this location multiple times and found that the café is closed without notice. It is inconvenient to customers who cannot do drive thru. Even placing a mobile order is a hassle because we still need to wait in a long and slow line. UPDATE YOUR HOURS AND STICK TO THEM. We appreciate stability. I would give 0 stars if I could.
If I could give a zero I would for the Moreland and Delefield location in Waukesha. Worst location ever. Rude employees that ignore their customers and for some reason the only location with fluctuating hours and only drive thru. Should probably just close it.
The cafe is closed, so when you order ahead for the “in store” option… prepare to wait 30 minutes in a drive thru line while your coffee gets cold
Staff is typically helpful and they typically have the most selection for pastries. However, there are two locations close to each other and this one is unpredictable if the café will be open. I have gone to this location multiple times and found that the café is closed without notice. I’d rather go somewhere where there’s more stability.
I drove 10 minutes one way as this is the closest to my home and I go to the drive thru and no one greets me, I wait a minute as I know they can get busy, say hello, no answer, say hello within 30 seconds…..no response so I pull ahead to the window and all the employees are standing in the lobby area talking. I checked before driving to this location to make sure they were open and they were. So disappointed and will not be returning to this Starbucks because it appears they just work when they want to. Regardless of it states they are open.
