Scrima's Pizza is Not Just Pizza!!! We contracted Scrima's to Cater My Daughter's Wedding and Joe Scrima Himself took care of Our Special Day! I gave Scrima's a 5 Star Review because the Food and Service was Outstanding!The Buffet included Flavorful Chicken, "Homemade" Italian Sausage Sliders (Delicious), Gluten Free Pasta Salad, Potatoes and a Healthy Organic Spring Mix Salad. Now, the Dessert Table... There were at least 8 Desserts to choose from and My Personal Favorite was the Cannoli Dessert. The texture was soft in the middle and crunchy (with chocolate) on the outside - Absolutely Wonderful!At 10 p.m. we asked to have them bring out the Woodfire Pizzas and our expectations continued to be exceeded! The minute a pizza was placed on the table, it was gone! There were several different types of pizza (Pepperoni, Deluxe, Sausage and Cheese) and all of the guests enjoyed every one of them! The crust on the Pizza was crisp, flavorful and chewy and the toppings were well seasoned and paired well together.Thank You Joe Scrima and Your Excellent Staff for Helping to Make My Daughters Special Day a Success!-Joe Dequardo - Waukesha WI
You wouldn't expect to find some of the best pizza in Waukesha inside of Woodman's but it's so good!

I would like to start off by saying nothing but a class act from Joe and his family and staff working last night. I had his pizza for the first time at Italiana Fest yesterday and I have to say it’s in my top 5 of all time! I am from the East Coast and owned several pizza shops and grew up in an Italian restaurant... I recommend Joe’s place 1 million percent. Munga Munga

We had Scrima’s catered for our office holiday party in our home. The food was delicious! Joe Scrima was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. There were a few items we wanted that were not on their catering menu but Joe was more than happy to still make them for us. I highly recommend Scrima’s!

Had my first slice at the Holy Hill Art Farm last fall & have been craving it ever since. Hands down one of the best pizzas I have ever had. You cannot beat a wood fire pizza with high quality ingredients.
