The food has always been good! I went in the bathroom once and it was attrocious!I’m very impressed that they followed up on the above concern right away! It speaks to their dedication to customer satisfaction.
Ordered a Bowl Ive had in the past From this location, and the Portions are Very small, Literally I looked on the website to see if I had selected by accident a "Half-Order" option when entering my online order... The Chips were Stale, The Quality of the chicken is FAR from what usually is-Its cubed and has off flavor. Wont be ordering from this location ever again. Also-My delivery order was Very fast by courier... And the food was hardly room temperature, Concerning for food handling at the location. the Chicken should at least be Somewhat Warm and Rice at arrival (duration for courier from location to was 11min). What happened to Quality at this location?
Is there a shortage of food? I literally do not understand why they give the least amount of proportions possible, this is every time, the pinto beans a restocked to the top of the bin yet they give you a plastic spoon worth of beans. I can literally count on one hand how many strands of lettuce they give you. Okay I get maybe giving you half a scoop worth of meat but for lettuce? Then the audacity to drown the bowl in sour cream. I don’t understand why the rice isn’t covering the bottom of the bowl, they literally give you less then 100 grains of rice. The top of the lid is literally untouched by the food and that is a huge indicator that you did not get enough food. Basically 10 dollars for 5 dollars worth of food that is subpar in taste and quality. YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE FROM THE SIDD OF MY BOWL THAT IS NOT EVEN A 2 INCHES WORTH OF FOOD THAT THE BOWL IS PURPOSELY DESIGNED TO LOOK BIGGER BUT ACTUALLY IS SMALLER!
Charles and Joe served delicious food and some smiles. They made the experience really nice.
Food was decent, what is normally expected of qdoba. However, the customer service was subpar. I was very friendly and respectful while ordering, even apologized for taking a few seconds (with no one behind me) to decide. The lady at the counter looked so annoyed right off the bat and was not friendly or courteous the entire encounter. No reason to have a nasty attitude for 0 reason. I’ve worked customer service similar and know the hard work it takes but it doesn’t help to treat customers like trash. Won’t be back.
the food was good but the same ingredients in every bite burritos were not evenly made but this seems to happen at qdoba's I enjoy the food but I could take their burritos or tacos and stuff and mix them up the insides still love it
Great taco, but they have to learn how to listen when you say light rice, only one scoopful. Majority of my food was rice and light on the protein. I will be truthful should have paid more attention
The past few times we’ve ordered for pick up have been very disappointing. We always get the bowls without rice. It seems that they skimp on everything, especially the meat. I asked for lettuce in my bowl and counted 5 pieces of lettuce. Both of the bowls we ordered were very small and not worth the $8+ dollars each. We’re usually not disappointed when we go in to eat, so maybe we’ll try that next time.
I order carry out from this Qdoba on a regular basis and have always been pleased with my experience and quality of the food. They are spot on with their customizations; are prompt with the preparation and estimated pick up time; and most importantly, they have such friendly employees. Far and away my go-to Qdoba establishment.
All of the food was great, fresh, and tasty. The wait was a little on the long side, but I'll give the staff the benefit of the doubt and assume that I showed up during a peak time.
