Food quality is good and they will make whatever kind of pizza you'd like and put it out on the buffet. They have tasty fried chicken as well. Staff friendliness is a hot or miss, however last time I went everyone was friendly. If this keeps up I will raise it to five stars.
The food was great! The only thing was there weren't too many pizza out, but that could have just been the time. The service was good as well.
My family and I went out to eat here for my 19th B-day and it was an amazing first time experience. I ordered my "dream pizza"; the Mac n cheese pizza with stuffed crust. And the staff was nice enough to give my family a cookie pie since it was my B-day. If we didn't live so far away, I'd come here so much more often!
My parents and I went to lunch at Pizza Ranch today and I had to come on here and talk about our amazing experience! Jake, who we think may be an owner or manager, was running the whole front area, register, stocking pizzas and the rest of the buffet, and bussing tables. He was super friendly and working so hard! We overheard him say that 4 people had called in today so they were super short staffed. I just hope someone on here knows Jake or he sees this because he was awesome!
Went there on mother's day and had the brunch. Fried chicken mashed potatoes stuffing and many desert and salad. I definitely had to much food and gained a pound or two. Very good food and staff was very friendly . Highly recommended this place
very good chicken and pizza
I enjoyed a couple of the pizzas and also the chocolate chip cookie at the end. The cheese sticks were also pretty good. I thought they would be more options, like stuffed crust, based off of what I had heard previously. I found the chicken to be very soggy and bland. The soda station did not feel particularly clean. Overall, I would consider coming back but would definitely like to try other options locally first.
Very dirty inside. Scrape the plates in the back of the restaurant before they take them to the kitchen. There was not chicken. People stood in the front of the buffet waiting for them to bring some out. Then took another 20 minutes to bring out more. Ran out of glasses and plates. Would never go there again. I have been in the one in Wisconsin Dells and it is a total different experience.
A great place to eat. It was busy but comfortable. Salad and chicken was delicious. Pizza Ranch has the best chicken!!! Except for Elkhorn we never have experienced never a bad Pizza Ranch. The pizza is good too.
Jake was very helpful in coordinating the pizza we needed for our concession stand. We were able to customize our order and he made the process very easy. Delivery was on time and the pizza was boxed up as we requested. I highly recommend!
