I really love this this place the food is so good every time i order they get it right it’s nice and hot but they don’t really cut the bread sticks fully and i always leave a tip for there great work but i mostly love the marinara sauce i always get extra marinara at first i never liked marinara but now i always get it this place is a Ten out of Ten everyone should get it if they don’t then people are missing out.
Pizza and cheese sticks tasted good but the cheese sticks were not cut. I also watched the woman handle someone’s cooked food with her bare hands.
I've been a customer 4/20 some odd years. I've always been good at making what you want. But after tonight I'm very disappointed how can you mix up an order. Especially asked for a pan as well as the stuffed crust and they first got here with only one pizza for the driver had to go back and get it second one and still brought over here the wrong one. Tell whoever I talked to over there was very unprofessional telling me that they'll take back both of them and give me one stuffed crust which she totally thought I was stupid the way she talked to me. Pizza Hut on Sunset Drive and totally lost my business I will never order pizza from them again
The woman who took my call just now did not sound sober. The third time I had to repeat my order, I asked for her to read it back to me just in case. She sounded annoyed by this and so I asked her if I was annoying her. At that point she accused me of having a bad attitude for that, but I just wanted to make sure my order was right after I had to keep repeating myself. Instead she just refused to take my order and hung up on me. I tried calling back to speak to a manager, but she just kept hanging up on me again and again. Been ordering there for years, and wow, this is how one person decides to treat another. Seems like the whole of Sunset between East and West has just gone down hill lately. One star for this Pizza Hut. But what do you expect out of that area these days. Patience? Understanding? Hard work? Not hard…unless sobriety on the job is an issue, which is concerning if someone will be driving/delivering pizzas out of there.
I was trying to order one of my pizzas with half pepperoni. I put it in the app, but when it arrived it was just cheese. We still enjoyed our pizzas but it was not what we wanted
Always great I have done carry out here and delivery from them always perfect food and they always deliver my exact order.
Good food, but took a long time.
The food was great and delivery was fast. The only disappointment was that I had no marinara sauce for the breadsticks.
Everyone was very friendly and had prompt service. I love coming here due to the pleasant people :)
