Went to pick up at the store and the employees were acting like children. They were screaming obscenities at each other and loudly complaining about working there right in front of us. They were completely unsanitary. They would go on their phones and then immediately touch food without washing their hands or wearing gloves (disgusting considering how gross phones are).
These cheese sticks were just picked up and they are soaked in grease. I called the store to have some new ones made and I was hung up on by a very rude manager.
Order a large pizza, my order was made wrong, I spoke with the manager and she was rude and she hung up.
Placed an order online. Less than 10 minutes later the order was cancelled with no explanation via email. Called to find out why. Lady answered said she didn’t know , asked us to hold for a manager and without a word put us on what ended up being a 15 hold before we hung up.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered Pizza for my children at 9:38 here it is 12 midnight to remind u it says they close at 10 and we are only 4 mins away. Long story short pizza never showed up that we paid for over the phone very disappointing u guys definitely lost a customer please do not shop with them take your money else where!! Manager didn’t do anything about it but offer me my money back I kept calling the store and they kept hanging up on me that’s ridiculous
With prices higher than ever on everything when someone orders food or buys anything for that matter you expect to receive good service and what you ordered. Not only was order wrong, the delivery driver does not know how to read. Gave specific delivery instructions but I guess nowadays reading and following directions is a lost practice. The instructions were on the box because I read them myself. Next the pizza was undercooked and doughy. Wings were plain but ordered with seasoning, again order was wrong. Just absolutely gross food. We called to complain and we received even more terrible customer service from whoever answered the phone. This person on the phone basically did not agree with the poor service we received. Here is some advice to this business instead of denying and not agreeing with a complaint try seeing what you can do to fix the problem! Will never order food from this establishment again.

The pizza was delivered so underdone it was almost raw. And it wasn’t even cut. And one of the sauce cups was open and empty. Quality control at this location is severely lacking. Never again.
Ordered pizza and dough was not cooked and raw on the outside edge and crust. Tried calling for a refund but no answer and line went dead. Contacted corporate chat line and they said they will pass on the information but no other resolution was offered. Hopefully just a one time occurrence….
Horrible customer service. Seems to be run by young punk kids that don't want to work or make sure that a customer is taken care of when they go in to pick up a carry out order. I will drive to a farther location before going here again.
