It actually is really tasty SE Chinese / American fusion. I honestly hit this place up whenever I make the trip between Madison and Milwaukee cuz I can't get enough of that Beijing Beef (I never saw anything like this when I lived in Beijing, amusingly). This is definitely *not* food that a Chinese person from anywhere north of Guangdong may recognize as local food, and even Southerners would definitely see how this is American food. That is not a criticism - Panda Express serves Cantonese Cuisine with the American pallet in mind, that's why it's successful. So any Chinese people hoping for something you might get in a restaurant at home, you won't really find that.Instead you'll find a different kind of very delicious food inspired by Cantonese cooking <3

The Friday afternoon staff was very friendly, fast, and efficient. Every employee seemed to be working hard and, even though they were busy, they did not seem overwhelmed.

Dear Panda management at this location, please, just consider closing until you can figure out how to efficiently run this business. It isn't worth staying open and barely limping along.I have given this location numerous opportunities. The amount of items you are out of, or have your employees make excuses that "we won't be making more of" is absolutely ridiculous. Out of white rice? Out of at least half-a-dozen of the most popular dishes at 1pm? EVERY time I come here..... Today we just walked out. It wasn't worth it.Please, Panda Express Corporate, this can't be the business model you entrust your franchises with. Think about having a firm discussion with the owner and manager of this location. It's terrible.....

Ordered chicken teriyaki and orange chicken with my 3 entree; said they would bring it to me when the orange chicken was ready. Ok sure, no problem, paid for the to-go meal. She brought it out to me and said, "sorry we don't have anymore teriyaki sauce for the chicken teriyaki entree." Handed it to me and left... I paid for plain chicken???

I have been to other locations, and the food is usually fairly consistent... this location is no exception. My biggest complaint about this location is that they are usually out of several entrees when I stop in... especially one of my favorites... the string bean chicken. I can understand if this happens once in a while, but this is something that has happened the last few visits.

While the shrimp dish was hot and very good, the super greens dish was stone cold, and that was with me eating it within a minute of them handing me my food. I was happy with the customer service I received.

Fast service, delicious traditional food. Unfortunately, the new dish crispy almond chicken has very big chunks of chicken in it and does not taste good.

Go to a different location. Food here is not the same and they give significantly less compared to other Pandas

This was the worst food I have had in a very long time. The green beans were slightly frozen. The rice was dry and flavorless. I ordered teriyaki chicken but it was more of a dry roasted chicken. There wasn’t any sauce on it. The sesame chicken was a little worst I would not have been able to tell you what bit was if I were blindfolded. I gave a star only because it was the only way to create a review. I was not given a receipt.

The hot spicy beef was full of flavor and the service was very friendly.
