Used to be a great stop for food and custard. We have gone there for years. Now prices have gone up and they give you half the custard? Its happened the last few times we've gone there. Very disappointing! When I asked the girl why I was paying so much for a half of a sundae, she said that how we do it now? I asked 4 times and was blown off, so Oscars just lost a customer!
Came to Oscar’s in Waukesha on Moreland Blvd for the first time with a larger group. The food was amazing and the service was even better. The gentlemen that took our order went above and beyond with his personality and service. He interacted with our kids and made them feel comfortable enough to say their own orders. Also had a great sense of humor and was upbeat. Sadly I didn’t catch his name. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great fast food and exceptional customer service! Job well done!
I cannot say enough about the staff at Oscars!My friend and I were just there for lunch.We were greeted with smiles & GREAT SERVICE! What a refreshing experience! I did not have a very good experience here. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was easily the most disgusting, dry sandwich I've ever eaten. I instead ordered a grilled cheese that came out completely burnt. It was completely black and inedible. However, there was a very nice person working the register who offered to remake it for me. She's the only thing keeping this from being a 1 star.
Avoid the rude goofy lady with glasses at the drive thru that speaks like an angry teenager. If you don't like your job, quit! Also avoid the chili cheese fries!
Food was incredible! And it was a very low price! The staff here were so welcoming and kind! Food was reasonably priced! They also make great ice cream! I had an Oreo malt extra thick, and it was awesome! Food also came out in only a couple of minutes! If you are anywhere in the Milwaukee area, I highly recommend stopping by here and grabbing something!
Only 3 stars on this visit sadly, GF's cheese sauce for the fries tasted weird, like it was mixed with mustard. And i got the flavor of the day which was mocha chip. Mocha flavor was far too weak and the shards of chocolate weren't nice at all. Had better visits at the other Oscars.
Went about a week ago. Lady working the drive through was talking very quiet. Asked her to speak up about 5 times. She was acting rude and completely unprofessional. Ended up hanging up the call. Waited there for another 3 minutes and nothing. Rude and completely unprofessional. Not happy with them at all. They have definitely lost a customer.
I feel their burger quality could be a little better, and seasoned more. Their Cajun chicken and fried shrimp are awesome though. Pretty good custard too
First time visiting and it was delicious. Grabbed a menu, and was impressed by all the custard options/specials.Will definitely make the drive from Kenosha to eat here again!
