The Staff here is AMAZING!! The manager is so polite and welcoming! She's so patient. Thank you for such a great crew!!!
Absolutely terrible. The drive-thru woman I kid you not was talking on her cell phone the entire time!! Since she was juggling her phone and our food she was holding our drinks against her chest to collect my payment. I am absolutely in awe. It's only 8:00 and even our fries taste like they were cooked and reheated from yesterday.

Consistently the slowest McDonald's drive through I've ever experienced. Everybody knows if there's 2 cars in line just keep driving. Not worth the wait. I've waited 3 or 4 minutes just at the speaker without anybody greeting me or taking my order and just giving up and driving off. Take a couple extra minutes and drive to the one on Silvernail, its much better.
We are all aware that right now there is a worker shortage. Shout out to the morning crew at this location! There are familiar faces there each morning keeping it going. I place mobile orders from my phone (the MCD app is amazing), then head there. If drive thru line is short, I pick up there. Otherwise I go in and take it to go. It makes me smile that the lobby is open so the retirees have somewhere to hang out (they’re friendly). Anyway, there is usually a small crew and I don’t know how they’re still doing it, but they are… and I’m thankful!Highly recommend using the mobile app. Help them help you! Give yourself a little extra time to pick up… you have a phone to keep yourself entertained while you wait and MCD does have free Wi-Fi.
This is just embarrassing! I order my usual, the classic #5 with a thirst quenching Dr. Pepper. I look in the bag and my fries were thrown upside down. Mind you I was waiting for my food for 10 minutes.(P.S. I had to go back through the drive-through to get ranch because they forgot it the first time! This dump sucks?. #DeliGang4Life
I go out for breakfast here every once in a while with my mom. Everytime i have ordered food it’s came hot, and when my order have been messed up, if talked to respectfully, the staff has no problem fixing the issue.
Don’t do the curbside at this location. The food took 30 minutes to come out and then they forgot my sprite, she went back in to go get it and then didn’t come out for 5 minutes so I just left.
My husband is in rehab across the street. After a long day, I can zip through the drive thru and head home.The line always moves quickly, orders are accurate and staff very friendly. The food is always good; it's MacDonald's, after all!
The black guy that gave me my food in the drive through was dirty. It looked liked he hadn’t washed his hands in a week. Also he never even said a word and just handed me the food. I thought that was rude but would settle for him washing!!! At least the food was hot and order was right.
