So this morning i went in to this particular mcdonald and wasn't greeted with the most friendliest group of employees... I was told to use the computer to place my order. And after i placed my order it said to choose a number and go sit down. There was no numbers and i tried asking them what to do so i can complete my order and they got snippy and said just make a number and i will get my food. After starting to eat my food a lady came in and i told her they make you use the computer... But they took her at the register. Not going back there ever
Horrible! Ordered shamrock shakes. NOT from a cashier, but HAD to use the kiosk. The place is dirty, the employees dont wear uniforms, no hairnets etc. Then when my shakes were done, the girl walked up and slammed them on the counter in front of me and walked off. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I didn't even think I could say anything because I'm sure I'd be called a racist if I complained. This is our society today. People want $15 an hour to treat you like garbage. Icing on the cake? The shamrock shakes tasted like chemicals. Threw them away.
10:23 pm on a Saturday night: do not stop for food. Cold burgers, cold, un-melted cheese, paid for a medium drink, received a small (I did ask if it was a medium and was told it was). Couldn't cook quarter pounders, no chicken sandwiches... just close at 9 so no one is given false hope.
Visited late evening last night, service took a long time but we still waited it out, and it was worth it because the employee was so kind and nice! She deserves a good review however I do not know her name, we visited at 10:30pm 3/2/22. She was very patient and you can tell she was the only person working, hire more staff like her!
buying food there is very expensive, the service is lousy and they never give you the complete order they give you what they want I am very upset because the same thing always happens check the orders before delivering to the customer
Have never been in a dirty McDonalds before. Fruit flies all over beverage machine which should be reported. No one to help or answer questions. Woman I asked was not helpful didn’t want to be bothered and answered wrong. Food came out quickly but barely warm. Woman who handed me food was the only friendly face. I was the only one inside and I now know why. Won’t be back.
I've never had any problems at this mcdods. Luckily it's 1 mile from my house. Only down side is their soda machine is down atm. I can't eat my meal without my diet coke lol hopefully it's fixed soon.
Most beautiful experience EVER!!! I called and they answered with the happiest tone and gave me the best instructions on how I could go about ordering since I was in my Rig (18 wheeler). Great customer service and the food was fresh. I will come back here ANYTIME!! Thanks ladies.
This is my typical place to go after work when I decide to get Fast food, typically it's fine. And, I'm sympathetic to being short staffed. But, that being the case... they should take even more time to make sure everything is in the bag. Fries...is a staple at McDonald's..so it's comical and annoying that they forgot the Large Fries.Short staffed or not, checking the accuracy for an order no matter how busy should be important. It's called Fast Food, not inaccurate food.
If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would. Crew was disrespectful and rude, there were flies and fruit flies everywhere, the counters and tables still had pices of food all over them, the floor had dried spilled soda all over the place, the soda station was disgusting. I've worked in food for a long time and I know that it should not be like that. The food was dry and slopped together and some of the normal ingredients were missing off of the simplest things. It was just a bad experienceover all.
