I ordered a QP with cheese Deluxe. The tomato was the size of a quarter, had part of the stem on it, and the stem was moldy. But that's not the kicker, my quarter pound beef patty was actually a slightly burnt breaded chicken patty. It looked disgusting.
No sense of urgency at all... waiting in line for 10 mins with no one working the register apparently. Had time to go back to my car to grab my credit card so I could use the self check kiosk. Came back still no one up front. But can clearly see the manager making eye contact with the several people that have been standing in line and continued to ignore them.
Waited almost 35 minutes in the drive through for them(the manager) to sit and talk to their friends in front of me before I drove off without getting my order. Third shift at this location is beyond awful. They should all be fired and replaced with competent staff that can still give at least the slightest amount of care for the customers time.
Stood in line over 12 minutes no one waited on the customer in front of me. I left and didn't order anything. Service at this McDonald's is terribly poor!
You know door dash orders are sent 15 minutes prior to a dasher showing up, and this location has never once had the order ready to go. I have picked up from here 10 plus times and I no longer will. It is literally a waste of time, as I sit here for 10 minutes and you never start the orders until a driver shows up.Treat door dash the same as any other order, it’s your customers!So slow!
Went there this morning and got an oatmeal that was warm water and about 6 oats floating in it unmade. The cookies were stale and cold, and we were given the wrong sandwich. It took over 15 minutes to get an iced coffee and we ended up having to leave it because we were in line. Not trying to blame the staff because I'm sure it's hell to work here. But give them whatever they need to make this not happen please.
This McDonald's is terrible...always an issue Everytime I come thru drive thru...had to wait 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburger meal than watch random worker hand my bag to 2 other cars before asking me if it was mine.
Went to get a hot chocolate and I asked if they made it with water or milk they got extremely offended at me asking a simple question they said WHAT DID YOU SAY will never return this McDonald's should have stayed closed on Christmas it ruined they entire family chrismas light ride
Do not go here. They are the absolute worst. Always rude and unprofessional. They always screw up orders. Close 2-3 hours early. They should not be open at this point. This McDonald’s is the absolute worst.
Some times the food is amazing. Sometimes it's reheated french fries. Like Forrest Gump said, it's like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get
