You can now Scan the code on the table tent with your phone to access the whole menu. It was very Good Service. Preston was our server and He was on top of everything. The other staff was also very helpful . I had my 17 year old and 7 year old daughter with me and they were all happy with what they ordered.
I waited over an hour, and had two people try to pick up my order through DoorDash. I finally went to go pick it up for myself and found out that they never made it because I placed my order after 11….. if you look at the photo I clearly didn’t place my order after 11. The lady was rude and made it seem like it was my fault even though I told her I placed it before 11. She walked away from me, like it didn’t matter that I placed a order that no one made.
Is it that hard to not make a mess ….. especially when the only extra thing you asked for was pickles …?
Went for breakfast for the first time in a long while today and I forgot how good McD's breakfast is.
Self-serve orderboard wasn't working properly.
My mom went here and got a water. They said they needed to charger her for the cup she said this was fine and they rang it up as a tea. She asked what kind of tea they had and if she could have a tea instead since it’s the same price. And the worker didn’t tell her what kind of tea they had and just said “you ordered a water” don’t talk to my mom that way cranky McDonald’s man ????
Food came out fast and all correct. Only thing was the fries were definitely quite old and chewy, I know times are tough for experienced workers but this is basic stuff here.
Order was served quickly and correctly. Even though the store is having staffing issues, everyone was courteous & helpful. Much appreciated!
