This is a neighborhood bar, the service-excellent, the food-served hot and tasty! Beer-ice cold. Everything is exactly they way you want it.
We ordered lunch for our work to enjoy with some coworkers as it was one of the girls last weekend with us. My coworker is now on her way to the hospital due to the uncooked food we received. The girls, including myself who got the burgers are beyond sick, as the rest who ordered other things are fine. I’m a meat kinda girl but I ordered well done. Lets just say the cow was still mooing when I took a couple bites and my bun was soaked with meat blood. Now we have a staff who ate this, here today all taking turns in the bathroom.The fried pickles were great though.
I've always had a great experience here! Be aware though, it gets busy quickly. That being said, they still get your order to you correctly and as promptly as possible. Great owner who cares about quality. He doesn't cut corners! Definitely have a burger if you've never been here, but come back and try some of the other menu items. I've had most of them and have never been disappointed.
Long time satisfied customer, but tonight was exceptional. They handled my Grandpa's post funeral meal with incredible service, food, and good humor. They made us all feel like family, and gave us the best they had when we needed it most. We ordered the absolute full range of the menu and everything was top of the line. Easily the best wings I've ever had, they accommodated allergies without a blink of the eye, and everything else was absolutely incredible. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you to Dannica, Noel John, and the rest of team. Amazing.

Excellent burgers! I had the Blackened Blue, except I exchanged pepper jack for blue cheese. Fries were great. Staff was friendly and price was reasonable.
I met a business supplier recently for lunch at Mainstream. in Waukesha for lunch. We arrived shortly after opening and the place was slow. That changed fairly quickly. We sat at the bar and were served by an incredibly friendly bartender. I wish I could remember her name as I would like some recognition for her (opening bartender on 2/9/2022). The burgers were very good and cooked exactly as we had ordered. The prices were fair and all in all, we had a very enjoyable lunch. I would recommend this place.
The burgers here are top notch, definitely the best burgers around and you can have them make it however you want it. My wife and I also agree that their Kaufhold cheese curds are the best cheese curds we’ve ever had. I honestly can’t rave about their food enough. I’ve tried the wings too and they are awesome as well. Give it a try and you’ll be back again and again. Good tap beer selection too!
