We decided to go out for pizza and was highly disappointed, was told our server was going to be with us shortly after sitting for 5 mins, by the bartender that couldn't even make eye contact and looked at the floor. Then we decided to move to the bar since no server showed up to grab a beer and expressed that we would like service and was met with disrespect and attitude from the bartender. As much as I love to give places some chances before writing them off, this was by far the worst experience had in a long time. Especially after the bartenders comments when expressing our concerns. We will not be back. If I could give negative stars I would.

Best Caesar salad around. Awesome bartenders and great environment. Must try.

Highly disappointed. This was our first time trying Magellan's. Since it was so hot today, I took the night off from cooking for the fam and ordered takeout. My hubby LOVES a good chicken sandwich and is always trying to find "the one",so based on the menu description we ordered that. We also ordered a Bayou pizza, chicken tenders and the cod dinner. Sounds delish right?? Not so much. The chicken sandwich did have a large piece of chicken and the flavors were all there but the cooking execution made this a terrible experience for us across the board. The chicken (both the tenders and the sandwhich) was burnt to a crisp, tough as shoe leather and dryer than the Sahara. The pizza was blackened and not with a cajun seasoning. The anduolli sausage also had a sour taste to it. ( I love anduolli too ☹️) The fish was also overcooked but at least not too burnt, which made it dry. The fries were the only redeeming item in the order. The kill fries are delish as is the bayou sauce.I can also say the service was good, the young lady who took my order was great and she was very nice when picking up our order.

I guess I can forgive them for forgetting my salad to even though I was virtually alone in the bar section of the restaurant when I ordered my food. I ordered a small pizza, although it was large, it was perhaps the worst pizza experience I have had in my life. Tasteless sauce, soggy crust, and about 5 pounds of cheese. In my view, it was inedible. The gentleman sitting next to me ordered the Friday night fish fry and requested the catfish, which came as one skinny dried up a disc of catfish served on a burned bun - It was not even supposed to be a sandwich. The bartender that served me was friendly, the food however is as close as inedible as I have come across at a restaurant in my adult life.

Very good pizza, $8 for a personal pizza every Tuesday. Huge Beer selection and Friendly owner. One of the nicer places to have a drink or dinner on Main St.

Great cocktails, and a wide range of really fun pizza combinations. The service is wonderful. Everybody who helped our group was great - just really attentive and professional and friendly. We went on a whim the first time after seeing a show at Waukesha Civic, but the next time it was like -- we HAVE to go back! Clean place, nice atmosphere, lots of street parking, and close to easily accessible public lots. Definitely worth a visit if you're in downtown Waukesha looking for a new spot for dinner and drinks.

Food is amazing and the staff is as well!!! Love the energy in this place.

We had our school Christmas party there. Very good food and a great place to chill and talk and have a good time.

The staff was fantastic but the sausage pizza was not. The sauce had absolutely no seasoning. It was like eating pureed tomato's. The same sauce is used for the cheese sticks and other apps. If you are going for drinks this is the place but any other pizza place is better than this. They meed to make adjustments because you can’t just rely on your name. I will try it again in 6 months or so to see if it improves. Maybe they just screwed up the sauce that day.

A Hidden Gem of a place on a Tuesday. $8 personal pizzas. Hand tossed and unbelievably fresh. So many options to choose from, along with many delicious tap beers. A great place to catch up on the great read called Bacon Gone Bad, by Brigette Duval-Begos, you can find it on Amazon, book patch.com and eBay. Till our next outing...
