My family and I have ordered from the Waukesha location multiple times. I was impressed by having a perfectly cooked pizza the first time. The crust was crispy and the cheese light golden brown. It was fantastic! However, the last few times we’ve ordered from here I have not been impressed. I order from here because I expect consistency. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza. The crust was soggy after I purposely selected well done and when I picked it up it flopped. The pizza overall did not have that golden brown color. I got to the middle and felt as though it was not fully cooked. My reason for not calling is because I don’t think there’s a manager there, and perhaps that may be part of the problem. As far as the past few two times, I thought I’d give the benefit of the doubt and maybe they were just off nights or busy. I’ve never left a review or have ever called a place to complain. It’s just disappointing when you expect something and receive the opposite. I really liked this place and I don’t want to see it go down hill.

Love the butter crust, garlicky spinach, and the chunky marinara sauce! As someone who grew up south of Chicago, this tasted like home. Worth the wait. We dined in and had excellent service- very friendly wait staff. Also had the cheddar cubes and they are addictive! Pizza eaten with a knife and fork- the way it should be!

We went here because we had a coupon for a few kids pizza. They had no seating available on a Thursday night. We ordered takeout and they quoted us 35 minutes for a wait. We got a pepperoni, a cheese, and a sausage pizza. It was hard to tell which was which as the boxes weren't labeled and the tomatoes and cheese on top obscured everything. I found the crust quite bland, it seemed like it needed salt. This was a fairly pricey place, considering its competitors. I had to ask for plates and utensils.

The pizza was undercooked and soggy. I had to put it in the oven for 25 minutes. I picked up one piece, the crust collapsed, and the toppings went on the floor. My dog was happy though.

Every time I visit Waukesha, this is one of my stops. The pizza lives up to its reputation. I love the cheesy taste and the sauce is as good as it gets. The crust is my favorite Chicago Style crust. The garlic bread appetizer is extremely good as well, I get that with a personal pizza and it’s perfect for me.

The taste of the pizza was good, however 2 of my family members found long hair strands in the deep dish pizza. After that no one would eat the pizza after that. And it was an expensive order. Very disappointing for our first time there. Also don’t expect your money back I’ve called twice about my money refunded and they “email” corporate and never received any response or refund on my credit card and it’s been 2 months. Will never go back or recommend.

Overall the pizza was good, however, it was really lacking flavor….. it really didn’t have any taste. The sauce was also lacking, it seemed to be more canned tomato’s then anything. Would I get again? Probably not…

Pizza and salad were great! Prompt, hot, fresh. The wings were a miss this time. Next time I will order them well done, extra crispy.

Place your order ahead online! They can get quite booked up. They pizza is delicious. You may wait a few minutes past the time but worth it for the good, fresh pizza.

Called to inform us that the order was done incorrectly on their end . Said they would deliver for free. No new estimate of arrival given. One hour and a half after the order was originally supposed to be delivered, the pizza came ice cold. While I appreciate the redeliver it was disappointing that the pizza was cold.
