As a former GM, I have a severe soft spot for Caesars..I still remember cooking the sausage lol.Still the best value and always fresh. No frozen dough discs here!!I'd honestly still work for them if they paid more. ?
Of the dozens of times I have showed up to this location in the last six months it has only been open ONCE. Recommend just looking for other pizza places on Sunset because this one is the never open.
Place is super slow... no such thing as "hot n ready" here. Knowing that, I called in for a deep dish pepperoni... they told me it would be over 1 1/2 hours. Lots of better options on Sunset than here, but the kids like it.Also, make sure to call before going to the store as they are often closed during normal days and hours. I assume it is a staffing thing, but it's been going on for a couple years now.
Why does this place have the weirdest flippin hours? Its 830 on a Friday night and it's closed. The t-mobile store is open later on a peak pizza night than this place
I'm not one to leave reviews but I have given this location too many chances!! The guy with red hair working the register is telling everyone 15 min wait for food when it's 35 minutes!!! Let's talk about the same guy wearing one glove to touch the register, cash, the walls, food and his own drink without changing it!!! Garbage over flowing on to the floor in food prep area and employees socializing MORE THAN WORKING! This explains the 35min wait! This location is rarely open anymore and I can see why! Management doesn't do something you're going to lose customer's! I'm done I'll take my business to papa johns from now on, they are way cleaner and better customer service! Plus I can get my food faster! Go elsewhere you'll thank me!
Called to order pizza for delivery and recording said they were closed on a Friday at 6:30pm? WTH? I guess I will call another pizza place to get get my business
The pizza is good and cheap; but they're closed so often. It's extremely bizarre. The hours on Google change constantly but they're always varying. Today we called to order for pickup and the answering machine told us to order online. On the website, it says "Online Ordering Coming Soon!" so I have no idea how to even order food. We managed to get through on the phone as I write this. I don't blame the employees. They're understaffed, overworked, and underpaid; I'm almost certain of it. I blame the general, district, and regional managers or their equivalent. I think they forgot they run a Little Caesar's in Waukesha, WI.
Run the store or shut it down already ! Wow really ? Being understaffed is one thing,but being desperate is just gross ! Maybe dont rub your nose while serving people FOOD. That's common knowledge....right ? Or it's just me?
