Today is Thursday June 2,22.About 6pm tonight when I was in the drive through, the girl I talked to was extremely RUDE!!!! Iasked a question and she purposely ignored me. And I’m giving all this time and date info, so KFC can know who she is and reprimand her. I would NEVER go to this KFC again!!
Let's start by saying I arrived at this location on sunset at 7:15 p.m on Friday 5-13-22. I pull up to drive through and the lady working asked if she could take my order. I requested a 12 piece original with mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, and fries. The lady then says " im sorry we are no longer serving chicken at this time because we close in 45 mins and we do not have any cooked." I said ok thank you and drove away. I was in complete shock that a CHICKEN fast food restaurant is not selling chicken because they close in 45 mins. It takes like 13-15 mins to cook the chicken. I at one point in life was a cook at KFC. I was disappointed that the workers at this location decided that on Friday they were closing early. I would normally say better luck next time, however I will avoid this location and advise others to do the same just out of fear that I will be left hungry when im told "we're not selling the main thing we sale because we close in 45 mins." A complete shame.
Do not go here. Very dirty and they said they were out of food for the day. That was not true. The kids in side just want to go home. It was only 7:45. Go some where else.
In all honesty, this KFC restaurant should probably just close. I know restaurants are having staffing issues. However, this KFC is often not open on time or even close to the hours posted. At least change your hours and have food available when you are open.
Ordered a 16 piece family meal with 5 large side and only reviewed individual portions which is great trying to feed 5+ people. The chicken seemed under seasoned and barely cooked to temperature. We got upcharged for mediocre disproportioned food. Then refused to answer the phone before closing.
There was a ring of dirt or mold in the bottom of my cup..the male that works the drive thru is extremely condescending and passive aggressive very lost time patronizing this location. To give me a dirty cup when I ordered a Sierra mist is unacceptable... You had to see it....
Asked for all dark and they said that it would have to be mixed. Okay no problem. Got home and opened the 8 pc chicken dinner bucket and had nothing but breast and wings. Wish they were upfront about not having dark meat left and I wouldn't be as upset as I am right now. I also ordered two chicken Littles with Nashville hot sauce and they were dry and very little sauce. Worst experience at kfc ever and will never be going back!
Everytime I go here the mess up my food...I always order a McWhooper with extra pickled eggs puffs and they always forget to add the bacon fat grease..last time they forgot duck sauce with my chicken feet's... dis is da wurst resterrawnt I've ever been to.. Negative 23.5 stars if I bombed my pants.
Their hours are already only 2-9pm yet at 2:10pm I’m told they’re not open yet. Pull up to order at 2:10pm on 01/13/22 and am told they don’t have crew members so they’re not open. I wasn’t the only car in line at this point either and kind of figured something like this was going to be said when the car in front of me sped off. Not to mention the individual breaking the news to people wasn’t even nice about it. Whoever’s franchise this is or manages this location isn’t doing a very good job of wanting to keep their doors open.
Our family has not had KFC is a very long time and tonight was to be a special "junk" dinner to celebrate. We were very disappointed to find when the bags were opened once we got home that we had not received what we had ordered in any way.The spicy chicken sandwich was dry and was supposed to be part of a meal, which we did not receive. The children's meal was a box with half a dozen nuggets, no sides, no sauces. The 2 pc white meal featured a thigh & biscuit with no sides. We did not receive the impossible nuggets that were ordered and we were billed for a 12 piece meal with sides which we did not receive.My elderly dad (80) picked this up and did not think to do an inventory or check the bill as he is a trusting sort so none of this was discovered till after he had driven the 30 minutes home. We called to try to get it sorted out and the first call was answered but when asked to speak to the manager, an employee set the phone down and walked away, leaving us to listen to them taking orders for over 30 minutes. Attempts to call back resulted in them not answering the phone.We will not be having KFC again
