Subs so slow you’ll freak. This store is so slow…I 5 minutes away and it routinely takes an hour or more to get my food. The last three of the times that I’ve ordered from this store, the order has been missing something. The quality of food had been fine, they just need to seriously upgrade their delivery service and double-check orders before they go out the door. (Lol, as of my writing this review, they called me to inform me that they’re out of bread! Bread! New management please!)
Waited over two hours from my sub to show up. I called after an hour and they said it was on the way. I called back in an hour later and was put on hold and after 5 minutes of waiting I hung up. I called back again and they tried to put me back on hold but I got them to take my call. I tried to cancel my order but they wouldn't since it was now out for delivery. They said they were short on staff today which I could sympathize with. However, if you're short on staff don't take more orders than you can handle.
The record for my longest wait for food ever (including sit down real deal restaurants) came from this location. Waiting in store for over an hour for a pre-ordered online pickup while watching people walk in, order at the counter, and then leave 10-15 minutes later was mind boggling. It's either poor corporate policy or poor management. I will not be back. I was "freaking" alright.
Ordered over an hour and a half ago. Still waiting for my food. Tried calling to see if I could go pick it up, and was basically hung up on and told they were too short staffed to tell me the status of my order.
Never in my 5 years of living 4 minutes away from this place have I been completely satisfied with my order. I can’t remember a single time I had no issue with this place. From taking over an hour to deliver our food to missing items. We usually order and pickle and chips and they always forget at least one of them. Again, we live 4 minutes away and I understand they can be busy but it really shouldn’t take over an hour for our food to be delivered to us, especially incorrectly. Also, they never ring the doorbell or knock, never let you know that they left your food outside your front door getting soaked from the rain. I didn’t know it wasn’t common sense to let the customer know that their food has been delivered but knocking or ringing the doorbell. We have given this place chance after chance and it has never gotten better. I would not recommend ordering from this Jimmy John’s, the Jimmy John’s in oak creek will deliver the food to you faster than this place.
Staff tonight was not trained adequately. Both of my subs were not made correctly. I specifically did not want onions on my #4....onions on it so I pitched it out. $20 bucks down the drain.
Best staff and cleanest JJ's I've visited. I eat at JJ's whenever I'm traveling, due to it being consistent and pretty tasty. So far this is the best looking one as far as cleanliness and their staff, was very pleased with their friendliness and good customer service, and they were super busy.
Terrible service. Took 1 hour and 45 minutes. When we called they told us we were being rude. Canceled order and will not order Jimmy John's again. Don't offer a service you can't handle. Ridiculously slow not Freak fast.
I work in the area. Less than 5 minutes away from the store. On multiple occasions the delivery took over an hour. There should be no reason a single lunch order should take over an hour for delivery. Terrible.
Do NOT order delivery! I’ve been waiting 90+ minutes for 2 subs. If you don’t have the staff, don’t take orders you can’t fill!
