I placed an order through door dash on 4/8/22, they use their own delivery so I needed to call the store when I never received my delivery . At first they said they never had my order and suggested I called the wrong store and when they finally did find my receipt, they stated that the driver was already back and itwas delivered but they did not deliver it correctly to my residence so I did not receive it. They asked if I wanted a new sandwich made but at this point it was over two hours since I made the order and I asked if I could just receive a refund. I was told I would receive a refund but I have never received my refund for the order I never received. Would not order here again, very unimpressed with the customer service.
The sandwich making has sadley gone downhill. Does anybody get quizzed on sandwich making during training anymore. Order of ingredients is important...
I always do pick up, ordering from the app is super easy and they ALWAYS have it ready when I arrive. The staff is super nice and they’re always playing awesome tunes. The BEST part is that this location makes the absolute best subs, in my opinion, compared to other Jimmy John’s in the area. Sometimes I try other locations and I’m always disappointed. Thanks North St., Waukesha for going above and beyond.
1 hour to deliver 4 sandwiches less then 3 miles is outrageous. I can order the same from a location in New Berlin and receive the order in less than half the time.
How about subs so slow you'll freak? If there was a negative star I would leave that. I ordered at 1:06 thinking I would have a lunch for my FIL soon. 30+ minutes later I called the store and was told my order was "leaving now" almost 50 minutes for delivery. I live 3 minutes away. After I ordered, it had been a while, so I looked to leave a google review on the slow service. Imagine my surprise! This is obviously a recurring issue at this location and for months from many people and nothing has changed. I was in service for years and this is not good way to keep customers coming back. There are so many other options available, we will only support small business from here on out. Our small community of local places will at least respond directly to customers and do their best to make it right.
Delivery from this location is never freaky fast...every single time I order, between order placed and delivery is between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Food is never an issue though.
Map to get here was strange. I'm not familiar with Waukesha, so being sent through a parking lot to a parking garage was dumb when it could have had me go one street up to get on the visible side of the store.
Its nice when you order a small sub and you could break a tooth because the bread is so hard. Atleast it was a great delivery driver! We always order here and give the benefit of the doubt but now the lasy 2 times have been crummy
If you’re a huge fan of waiting over an hour for delivery have I got the establishment for you! No matter the time, morning, day, or night. This JJ’s will give you beautiful consistency. Up to at least an hour of waiting on any and every order you make! Monday-Sunday this jj’s will have every pizza and hot food establishment quaking in their boots by matching their wait times on cooked food! No seriously tho this jimmy John’s is actual garbage. Once you place an order don’t expect for your food to be out for delivery for at least 30-40 minutes and then wait an addition 20-30 just for them to get the sub to you. I cannot wait for the day someone gets food poisoning because this jj’s decides they can warm up your food for you by making you wait an hour! Lol DOOR DASH gets me food from Olive Garden faster than this JJ’s delivers cold subs
This location always has great service and very fresh ingredients. Number 11 is my favorite, try it with the kickin' ranch sauce and pickles
