The staff was very attentive with everyone ordering. Greeted everyone. Subs was very good.
The sandwich was great the employees were very friendly but it was a later afternoon and there was only one other customer there, yet every table was dirty.I find this at so many restaurants lately which is strange, coming off the pandemic you would think people would still be in cleaning mode....
Stopped in thinking my girlfriend and I would grab something quick on our way home. Three people in line in front of us and two employees just watching the one work. We hear them say they are almost out of bread while the three other people were still in front of us. We finally make it to the toppings section and they are out of just about everything. No lettuce and no tomatoes. My girlfriend got a veggie sub which when we left was bread, cheese and some pickles. Mine was pretty much all meat and no fixings as well. My sub was supposed to come with bacon but they were out of that too. We were charged for two full subs and left with half of what we paid for. Waste of 20 minutes and money. I loved Jersey Mikes but now not so much. Will not be back to this location.
Jersey Mike's is the only sub place I go to anymore. Food's way better than the national and regional competition by a lot.
Best jersey Mike's. Well we have two in town, this one always has a kind feel to it. the employees are nice and pleasant to talk to, while always getting my order correctI'm pretty sure the ones I see the most maybe named kale and max, they're always doing their best for the customer

Usually great experience but the last two times they screwed up my order and then did not have it ready in time which may be late to work. And I ordered in plenty of time to get to work.
Store had 0 customers, yet took 10 minutes to have my order taken. Was told that "we can't serve you because we don't have any bread" by an employee who was standing in front of a full rack of bread, then my order was made incorrectly & was denied a receipt.
With the hustle and bustle of life, having a GOOD sub place close at hand is always a very welcome convenience - and Jersey Mike's is one of mine and my husband's favorite. One thing that is unfortunately rare these days, is courteous and helpful customer service - this Jersey Mike's has that down! And their subs are delicious, made with fresh ingredients and to order. Would definitely recommend them.
Terrible. Not going back. I asked for cheese and steak and they put peppers on it. I have a algery to peppers...
