I have been ordering food from here for years. Yet since Covid in 2020. This place has gone backwards. Last night was the last time I will order food from them. They started a Friday fish fry, this is a traditional thing in Wisconsin. What I received last night, was the worst I have had in the whole state of Wisconsin. Pepper steak was the worst I have ordered also from them. From charging for a eggs rolls and not in my order when I get home and yes they give it to you in the next order. I worked 16 hrs yesterday. I was tired didn't want to drive far. Yet Dairy Queen would of been better, They should tell from my phone number, me calling has been getting less and less. Last night was the last time. Guaranteed!! Never try the fish fry here. Their fish fry should NOT be on their menu!! Oh by the way. what i ordered was just for me. I was that hungry and I tossed it in the garbage.
The 3 dishes with chicken were dry and lacked flavor. Our chicken fried rice was burnt and again the chicken was dry and flavorless. We did enjoy the crab Rangoon appetizer.
Love this Place! Best Chinese food I've had in years. Service is always good too. You won't be disappointed!
Really great little place. $12 for buffet at lunch! Staff is always friendly.
Amazing place been loving across the street on Cheviot for around 8 years and been going here since never disappoints and I just had the sweet n sour pork with the coconut shrimp appetizer and it really knocked my socks off ..so much good food in waukesha I feel blessed to live here the shrimp and chicken curry is also an excellent choice and one order can last you 3 or 4 bowls
I ordered this on doordash and my beef and broccoli was good and the egg roll too but the orange chicken was really gross. The price for the food was outrageously high definitely not my number one choice for Chinese.
Do not order Sweet & Sour chicken or General Tso's chicken unless you like the breading on the chicken soggy. It was like eating tangy slime. Horrible.
Jamie was our server and she was so pleasant and attentive. We've been going to golden gate for years and we really missed it during the quarantine. Food is delicious and the service tonight was great
This was honestly some of the most disappointing Chinese I think I've ever had. The chicken was tasteless, rice was day-old dry, and portion sizes were smaller than similar joints. If it had been great, the price would have been fair, but considering my lunch was more like neglected leftovers than the indulgence I was craving, I almost feel ripped off.
