Definitely will not be returning, not sure what happened to Dunkin donuts but seems like the pandemic ruined everything good about this place in general not speaking on this specific location. Service and quality of products have greatly reduced. Seems they want to make money anyway possible and that includes less staff and cheaper food imports. Needless to say, food was bland had no flavor. Had the sausage egg and cheese croissant, hash browns were swimming in a sea of dirty frying oil inside the bag we were given. Ordered a large mocha swirl signature latte with whole milk and sugar. Was given some sort of chocolate black coffee. Bitter as all get out, threw it away after the initial sip. Dunkin is going downhill fast I would choose another place to get coffee or food rather than be disappointed by what they are giving to the paying consumer.
This week I went to this location for a second time and it was definitely my last. Awful service. I literally waiting 30 minutes for them to take my order (an iced coffee) and when I asked if my order could be taken instead of being ignored so they could just help the drive through I was met with an annoying glare and eye roll. There were three people working but not much of a hustle. Super disappointed. Don’t go to this location.
The employees were super nice and friendly, even at 7 o’early in the morning. They even took the time to talk directly to my pre-schoolers (3 & 5) and interact with them.
The donut was good. But I did not like my coffee drink at all. It was called a shamrock something. I ended up dumping it.
This place is terrible. I have ordered from them three times on Ubereats/DoorDash and they have delayed the order multiple times to a point where I need to wait over three hours. In addition to this they have fully messed up my order every time not getting anything correct. They donuts they gave were rock hard.
This is the 2nd disappointing trip to Dunkin I’ve had (first @ Oconomowoc location- which they promised to send a gc and never did!). I walked into Dunkin on Sunday 3/20. No one was there inside or in drive thru. I was not greeted for almost 7 minutes. Once the girl finally realized I was there she mumbled “one second” and then took another 3-5 minutes to ask what I would like to order. No apology no nothing. It was just another reason to further my disdain for dunkin.
Everytime I order from Uber eats my order gets cancelled for one reason or the other. Today I called to see if they were open, someone answered but I was immediately hung up on. I've had other bad experience at this location like food being party frozen or items missing when I went to their drive thru.
Went through drive-thru and ordered food and drinks. Noticed 1 of 2 sandwiches ordered was missing which I was charged for. Tried to call the restaurant countless number of times - no answer. Had to drive back, 40 minutes round trip, to explain the situation and the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!!! Told me a full refund was "not happening" and they're too busy to answer their phone. Terrible customer service and terrible manager. Love Dunkin', but will not be returning. Hopefully they fire her and hire nice people :)
We're big Dunkin fans but don't recommend this location. We were staying in the area and both times we visited they missed an ingredient in my coffee (I drink hot with extra skim and Splenda - not hard).
Before you tip! Check and taste your coffee. I feel like I have diabetes after drinking coffee. Went back and the made another one for me and still charge. Never going back I’ll stick to the ones in my own city
