Lied about that coffee they made for us. I asked for a decaf Americano she rang up as regular Americano and once I saw the receipt and it was not decaf and asked if it was the girl who made it lied to us. I returned because I believed her and the person who took our order told us we can’t make decaf Americano.. what??? Horrible place.
Overall I love dunkin but this store is probably the worst one regarding service. Employees were standing, talking and texting on their phone. Took way too long once I got to the window for what I ordered. Will not be returning to this location.
Bad customer service, my orders are always wrong breakfast sandwiches & hash browns are always burnt! I say close this place down or get a new owner!!!
They have mastered the art of simultaneous burning and undercooking their food. Inconsistent coffee. Lost my business for awhile, decided to try again. Same issues.
Horrible service, idoit behind got their drink before me when I order, they don't make coffee sweet enough, horrible service won't be back get new people not standing still be lazy and eating and not wash hand or have glove on food safety issue.
Received a burnt croissant sandwich, I asked for a frozen chai and get a soupy chai, asked for vanilla glazed and chocolate munchkin variety count and they gave me coco late and blueberry assortment. They people who served me all look under 18 and were laughing and didn’t take my payment until 15 minutes of sitting at window.
The workers were all polite and professional. They took my order and got me out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to friends to go here!
