Oh ya, a must! We have breakfast here weekly for a few months now. 5x3 and Mexican omelet are the favorites for us. Pancake are big, fluffy and have a taste of vanilla that set it over the top. Salsa that comes with the omelet is fire. Have to get extra when I order because it is that good. Service is great, its cute and cozy on the inside and you can tell the people love what they get. If your in the area, give them a try and change your morning routine for the best choice.

Stopped in here for breakfast. Small quiet restaurant with a small quiet town feel. Waitress was great! She told us her regulars just put their coffee cup at the edge of the table when they’re ready for more… like I said small town feel. I loved it! Food was great too!
Service was very quick and courtious! The food, WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Best my wife and i have had in a very long time!! Highly recommend!!

Five stars for this restaurant!! The food is amazing! I had the corned beef hash, the kids had the 5x2 and my partner had the Mexican omelet. Hands down the best mimosa I have ever had. Sherry our server was very friendly and quick with her service. Would come here again and again. Highly recommend!!
Awesome little hole in the wall in downtown Waukesha. Classic greasy spoon breakfast joint with tons of options and a big counter with a few booths. Food was cooked perfectly, but maybe missing just a little something. Can't put my finger on it. Can't wait to come back, I've been looking for a place like this since my last one closed. Service was friendly and fast. Thanks!

We loved our Sunday breakfast at Dave’s Restaurant this morning. My husband had an omelette and I had eggs over easy with bacon. We both had the hash browns. Everything was perfect so we finished every bite! We chose to sit at the counter and really enjoyed watching the skilled cook prepare all the food!
I ordered door dash. They forgot one of my kids' food. My wife and I are full time workers, and full time college students. We really just wanted a nice breakfast without having to spend time making it. When I called the restaurant the employees were rude. Thanks for telling me that you made a mistake. I'm sure my 6 year old will be totally fine with not getting his chocolate chip pancakes because some snotty employee doesn't know how to read the number '2' Best part of my meal was the stale toast.
