Tried to get DQ last night. Staff ran our brand new gift card and said it was fine. Then ran it again and said we didn’t have enough money on it for our order (because they had already taken money off of it to pay for it once!) and wouldn’t give us the gift card or our order. Tried calling management today and she said we weren’t telling the truth and hung up. All it would have taken was $15 on a gift card or coupons and we would have been fine with a “misunderstanding.” Instead, they’ve stolen from us and lost a customer.
It’s unfortunate that I just experienced a girl at the drive thru window who needs to learn customer service... She was less then pleasant.This is not good for your business...
We do drive through quite frequently in the summer for blizzards but on may 21st for both grill food and blizzards. We were told our food would be right out and to pull forward. We ended up waiting as the entire line behind and then more went through the drive through until our order came out and they had confessed that our order was given away to another car on accident and they had to remake our order for us and gave us a larger fry. We appreciate that they owned up to it but the staff seemed flustered to keep up.
The food was hot and the service was great. This is the best dairy queen I have ever been to! Thank you to the ladies working today!
Dining room not open yet, drive through window open and fast service. Soft serve delicious.
Friday, March 4th went through drive thru & ordered 2 double cheeseburgers plain & a couple other items. Get home & the cheeseburgers have pickles & ketchup on them. Called & the young man that answered the phone said "What do you want me to do about it?"This past Friday again ordered 2 double cheeseburgers plain. Again we get home & they have pickles & ketchup on them. The person they were ordered for is allergic to anything with tomatoes!
I got 2, 6 piece chicken tenders and all of it was soggy. Very displeasing.
Terrible service, didn’t flip a blizzard, so asked for a free one. Told they dont do that anymore, even though the sign on the wall says so. Pointed that out and girl just walked away from me. Also my burger didn’t have the split op bun, like it should. Your women’s room was Gross. Place was dirty, for dinning room being closed for so long, you would think at the very least it would be clean.
The place is a dump. Bathroom sink is filthy, garbage can overflowing. Cardboard boxes piled in this restaurant and booths.
Always a good time when I come here!! No complaints!
