Why would you put the top of a pickle with the stem attached on some ones burger? Was just there, went thru the drive through at 6:44pm. Just why is my question?
Great food and custard but Trucks speeding thru the parking lot and hydroplaning in the rain wasn’t cool. Is this the new cruising spot or hang out by the back fence? I’d be worried about your employees in the parking lot. Looked like they were in a live version of Frogger. Speed bump suck but slow them down.
Food is good... Only went in for ice cream, guy working the counter must have been new. Trying to grab the ice cream we had in our hand's to put it in the bag after we paid for it
Reasonable experience at the drive thru. Good hot food done quickly and accurately.
Culvers is amazing I love how that they have toys. My daughter loves that place.
I stopped in last saturday and I was very pleased with my service. A couple of girls were up front and they were super nice, they helped me get everything I needed. I even asked for their names so I could talk about how nice they were. I think their names were Emily and Briana, they worked very well together and when my order came out wrong they did everything they could to fix it. I wasn't even mad about my order being wrong because of how friendly they along with everyone else was. I will definetly be coming back soon to see everyone's smiling faces, it is always a treat to go to Culver's!
I was very pleased with the service that I recieved. The person on drive thru was very friendly, especially the girl at the window. She was very nice and pretty, and her voice was nice as well. She gave me my drinks and number and had me pull ahead to wait for my food, and I knew that I had to do something. When my food came out I gave the server a piece of paper with my phone number and name on it and told them to give it to the girl in the drive thru, but she never texted me. Either the server did not give her my number, or she was being rude to a paying customer by not talking to them. I was very disappointed in this part of my service. I will not be returning in the future, as I cannot look at such disrespectful employees again.
As far as fast food restaurants go, I wish others would go to culver's school of training and hiring, great food clean and courteous employees.perfect.bad thing always busy ?
