My roommate & I have been coming to this Culver's for many years. We always ask first if we can place separate orders in the drive through & if they say no one of us will choose something else. Today however they said yes after originally not understanding the question. Then when we got to the window to pay I handed them the 1st card for the 1st order they chose w/o asking to run it for both. When I attempted to hand the 2nd card the girl was like what's this for? I said my order. I had to repeat my order 5 times because they couldn't remember which one to refund to my roommate & which one to charge to me. They were not busy enough for this level of are you serious. I finally told them not to charge my order & to just give me her food. They again w/o my permission charge my order anyway & handed me my card & both sacks of food. They lost my business for 6 months when they didn't have large cups for two weeks in a row, wonder how long it will be this time!
Not sure if it is the time of day that I go to this restaurant, but it doesn't seem as busy as some of the other Culver's in our area. Either way, great service and food!
Our daughter went to get ice cream tonight through the drive thru. They forgot our order. Left it on the counter. Our daughter had to go inside to get the order. Completely melted once we got it home. Staying away from Waukesha Culver’s forever. ?
This is a very friendly and consistent location. Food is always fresh and all employees seem to enjoy being there, which makes it pleasurable for customers. If something isn’t right, they will make it better.
Culver's is always a reliable go to restaurant. Menu offers many great choices. Dining area always clean.

For a place that is always over staffed, you never seem to get the order right. About a month ago, I got raw burgers. Called immediately to make sure they started cooking them properly. They said they would send coupons. Never received them. Now tonight they forgot an entire salad from my 6 item order. Called again. There’s no reason they can’t remotely refund an order. I call bs! Done patronizing this location.
Everyone loves Culver's. Here's good reason to love this location just a little bit more.A few weeks ago, I placed a "Curdside" order, which included a Chicken Cashew Salad. Upon returning home, I found that the salad was poorly prepared, to the point of being inedible.I sent a complaint through the website, and received a response in less than 24 hours. Both the GM and store owner reached out, offered sincere apologies, and provided compensation. This is customer service at it's best. It's great to see first-hand that the owners and management of a company truly care about their customer base.
Cod dinner was hot and fresh when it was delivered to our table. The burger my friend got arrived at the same time, also hot and fresh. Amazed at the perfect timing, since usually one of the two is luke warm at best most places. Definitely recommend.
