Friday 5/13 @ 520pmDining room was disgusting, tables were filthy, pop area was filthy. We had to clean out own table, the water on pop machine was broke, it stayed on. 30+ people working like Keystone cops in kitchen, they can have 2-3 clean fining area only and still be fine. We love Culver's, but will not be back here.
Friendly, family oriented fast food type restaurant with large amount of booths and tables. Food is made to order, fresh and very good. I love their butter burgers, salads and fish sandwich (or fish dinner). Fried cheese curds and onion rings capped off with a variety of frozen custard sundaes, shakes and malts round out a very satisfying meal.
Quick and friendly service. Bathroom floors need a deep cleaning!! Food was great. Can't wait for Hartford's new one to be completed!
The last 3 times we've been to this location our order has been wrong. Sad you spend $20.00 to get the wrong food. Tonight ordered a cheese burger and got chicken tenders! Really?? Not even close.
Good fast food. The cheese curds are the best, but they have good custard as well. :-)
Clean restaurant, food arrived fresh and hot, friendly staff, even got decaf for me in the afternoon! Great selection of soda too.
Stopped in today, March 5th at 4:30. I can honestly say I have never seen this place so dirty.. napkins,, straw wraps laying around on the floor. The condiment counter and soda area were disgusting. The sad part, employees standing around and no management in sight.
Terrible. The high school employees at 11am on February 19th, 2022 were doing nothing but screwing around inside. They rolled us while everyone else got their food, and our food was left sitting on the counter for over 15 minutes and by time we got it, it was cold. NEVER go to this culvers. Take your business elsewhere.
John has common sense, so this review is for him,. Emily is also an opportunist so she gets a mention. Food was great, if this location does ever mess up, they make it right immediately. Loving the great food and service!
I accidentally bit into a green stink bug that was floating in my broccoli cheddar soup! If I was a petty individual, I’d take legal matter. Keep your eyes on the food when preparing it or get written up.
