I gave this sub shop a 2 star rating as the staff was so friendly, warm and happy yet the sub on my first try will be my last! Bread reminded me of nice firm baquette roll..dry/hard and thin.. no soft gooey bread love JS! The Italian sandwich the most I could say was the provolone cheese was the best part. Limited lettuce over all weak sadly as you see the locations all around! I will not return..

All 4 of us had a craving for meatball subs. When we got there at 4:45, they were all out of meatballs! We called another Cousins in Brookfield, they had closed already because of lack of help. I'm guessing every place is having shortages and people not working. Isn't fast food paying $15 per hour now? Now that everyone is vaxed, can we all get back to work?
Cousins Subs is a great place for lunch. Fast and friendly service along with great food If you're ever in the Waukesha WI area you need to try Cousins Cheese Curds with either ranch or marinara sauce both are delicious!

Placed an order with instructions for very light onions, got extra onions. Also, there was a tremendous amount of mayo and lettuce, it was kind of a sloppy mess. Not what I expected.
We're so used to always getting take out, but we ate inside during this last visit.... my goodness, their food so good when it's fresh.... I mean it's always good but a hot sub right off the grill is tough to beat. We eat here a lot and I can't remember ever having a bad experience.
