It was awful! We were looking for a decent sit down that wasn't going to break the bank. The food wasn't good, my husband's street corn and ribs looked like they were dehydrated. My burger had barely any BBQ sauce on it. Plus all the food was lukewarm. When we asked the server why the food wasn't hot he claimed it was due to the dishes being done at different times. However every single dish felt like it was under the heat lamps for the past 10-15 minutes. We thought that since it was Pewaukee and it was well rated it would've been way better than what it was. I highly don't recommend going here. Clearly the rating it currently has is no where near accurate. Save your money and go elsewhere.
VERY poor experience. Our host was unwelcoming and our server was about the same. We ordered drinks and they forgot one for 10mins. Our food was extremely poor, they forgot items and the server didn't come to check on our table a single time, we had to wave an expeditor down. Our server wasn't busy, it was a motivation thing. There seemed to be no care for customer experience by her. Our hot food was cold and our cold food was warm. Chicken was so cold on one meal we couldn't eat it, our quesadillas were basically chips we almost no cheese on them, our hamburger bun was stale and crumbled to the touch and our salad was so warm it was a soggy mess.Server didn't ask how anything was, expeditor had an earpod in, host was almost rude, no visible management, place felt dirty, and poor food quality.
Haven't been to a Chili's in YEARS & this made me wish I hadn't waited so long. Our server was very attentive & made sure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing (I got the Honey Chipotle Chicken & Waffles) & my mixed drink (Captain -something-) was great as well; not too sweet & not overly strong. If it wasn't so far from me, I'd definitely be back sooner rather than later
Terrible meal. I got the barbecue trio and everything except the chicken was cold. It may be personal preference, but I did not enjoy the barbecue sauce or the honey Chipotle sauce. The Mexican style street corn was very soft and mushy, almost as if it had been sitting in butter for hours. Even the soda tasted on the weak side. I will not be returning here.
How many times will I pay for food I don’t get or receive the wrong item before I stop going here?? No one even cares when I call and tell them. This place has some issues, time to support other restaurants. Good bye Chili’s on Sunset…..
First time eating there. I ordered the 3 for 10.99.Chili was good but it tasted and looked like taco meat. I ate it with chips. My burger was ok the bun was stale. The fries were served piping hot. It was a good value for the money if you like taco chili and stale buns.The womens room needed a cleaning.
I would like to say about 90% of the DoorDash orders I have picked up at this Chili's are NEVER ready! This is the only Chili's I have had this issue with. I won't even eat at this location!
Service was not great on a Friday night. The hosts were a bit absent-minded and careless (they almost seated people at our table, not realizing we were still there), and the servers did not check us regularly. They even forgot the people across from us for a good while. When they were at our table, they were polite (I say "they" because Preston was training Brittany, and he did very well in offering her insider knowledge of the trade... Well done, Preston). Food was good. The 2 for $25 deal was fun because we got to get an appetizer and dessert. Portion sizes are fair. Highly recommend the skillet cookie!
Food was cold. Including the soup. The steamed broccoli was hard, and seemed to be old. Kids hamburger bites were over cooked. Server refilled drinks before bringing the food, but they were the wrong beverages. Did not get checked on at all after the food was left. Server didn’t even bring the desserts that were already ordered. Had to stand up and put our jackets on for them to notice us, then asked for our desserts to go. It was a very slow night and there were plenty of staff standing around.
Waited for over 20 minutes for a secret to come to our table, but no one ever came after asking several staff members. The server for what looked like our section didn't even acknowledge we were there. We were at table 3 and the server said Kaelyn. Needless to say we won't be coming back to this location. I understand the staffing is tight but at least acknowledge us and give us a drink.
