Order a whopper with light Mayo and mustard only. (Got home the burger was fully dressed) also order a double whopper with everything BUT pickles (Got home and had pickles on my burger) had to repeat the order 3 times to the guy because he was wearing music headphones. After the second time he took them out to I guess hear me better to only still mess my entire order up. And Ms. I’m the manger Chantelle I called to the store to explain to her and she tell me it’s nothing I can do for you sir and hang up the phone… But I called corporate hopefully they look into this quick in find a new staff.. where do they find these people at..Make America Great again
Terrible costumer service when I tried to tell them my food was cold and tasted like rubber (I literally took two bites and couldn’t do it anymore) also my shake was barely mixed the front counter person just stared at me and didn’t say a word then I just asked for my soda they never gave me and left. Good luck if you try to go here.
You guys got one guy working by himself?? I feel bad now that I just orders like ten things if I knew poor guy was gonna be alone I wouldn’t have even come. Better be paying him double time I’m only rating 5 stars for the guy working alone
Awful. Woman on the headset was rude and was obviously chewing gum. She cut me off every time I tried to order something. I waited in line for about 15 minutes (2 other cars in front of me). I finally get to the window and guy at the window didn’t finish reading off my order to confirm it was correct and grabbed my card from my hand. I didn’t get the correct order at all. I just ordered some chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks weren’t warm, chicken nuggets were SOGGY. Took them forever to finally give me the correct order. Seriously never been to a place that’s so unprofessional before. -11/10. Don’t even bother. 12/29/21 at around 1pm
Got some nasty mozzarella stick it was cheddar cheese and they where good at all did not have any the sodas I normally drink or sweet tea and just threw our stuff the bag and never asked if we wanted sauce for the chicken fries over all did not seem to care about customers and they gave us coffee straws instead of normal ones
Highly recommend All to Just Go to another location.Very poor experience with staff and very porr food handling at this location. Food safety at this location is not a priority. This location should be audited/inspected. 12/2021
They are very slow even when no one else is there. Can't handle more than one car In drive thru. Once again got the wrong order of food. Always check your order before leaving parking lot.
The guy in front of me in the drive thru sat there for 5 mins waiting for someone to take the order and drove away. The guy behind me actually called place, saw someone pick up and look outside dumbfounded that there were actually people there. Didn't pick up a headset or anything. We just drove away too.Save yourself some time and frustration and go to the other BK across town, it will probably be quicker.
Whopper is still better than the clown stuff.
Burger King is one of my secret vices. I love me some BK. So imagine my disappointment when the only one even remotely close to where I live happens to be the worst BK in existence. You could read the entirety of War & Peace while waiting for your order and when you get it, it's guaranteed to be wrong.I keep telling myself I won't go back after a bad experience, and then I talk myself into trying it one more time. "Maybe the bad visit was a fluke! This time it's sure to be right". NOPE! They're literally 4/4 on long waits and wrong orders. THEY HAVE YET TO GET EVEN A SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT. Today was the final straw for me. Never again at this place. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to the next nearest than wait 30 minutes for an ice cold Jr. Whopper when I ordered a Double.What a trash location...Time for them to close down and open that space for a different restaurant with better management and staff!
