The past two times we have ordered from this location, the service has been great and the food was made to perfection. Great improvements from our past experiences thereEdit: psych!! They closed at 6:30 pm a couple days later for no given reason! Stay tf away yall I thought they improved and they are nowhere near being improved. Sorry for the confusion. I guess it depends on whose working or the short staff.
Worst customer service I have ever had. They were rude in the drive through, charged me and gave me someone else’s food and when I went inside to get my food they acted like I was inconveniencing them and the staff started getting snippy with each other in front of me. The girl at the counter said she didn’t have time for this and ripped off the bottom of the refund off and said she’ll do it later. I’ll be watching my account for my refund. I will never go back to this location.
It is not busy at all! Very good, but I would give 5 stars if they cleaned the place up. The bathrooms are disgusting and things like that. But the service is good and the food is ?. I would recommend
My husband and I went through the drive through cuz they don't have enough employees for inside dining. It was the worst burger we ever ate. The bun was old, and a very dry burger, $18 for 2 burgers and 2 lg fry, not worth it...The only good thing was the fries, that's getting the 2 stars. We agreed to never go back. We tried to support and keep ppl employed but we now know Burger King doesn't care... and for that, we won't support!!!!
The employee that attended the drive thru need more training about costumer service
I pulled up to the speaker and no one said anything. After sitting for a minute I said "Hello". At which point a very rude lady informed me I need to shut up and wait because she needs to get food for people in line.I'm sorry but 1) at least acknowledge the customer even if it's to ask them wait 2) don't tell customers to Shut Up.
Rude bunch of people running this. Got a gift card and went to purchase something. Their systems were down and couldn’t take the gift card and made it all my fault. Woman was very rude and unprofessional. She kept acting like it was my fault. Not worth going here
I don't normally review things but this was so bad I just had to. The burger was under done and tasted terrible. Never have I seen or tasted anything like that. And the chicken nuggets were almost as bad, cold, chewy and terribly bland. I will say that the fries were great, but that's not enough to bring that score up.Edit: Yep food poisoning, spent the day very unwell after this.
Slowest fast food chain I've had to experience, post pandemic. Get called "ma'am" over the speaker. (Am not) can't comprehend the food order I'm picking up. And then I just see them standing around on their phones. Masks under their chins. It's nearly the end of 2021. Don't wear a mask at all if your just going to have it on your chin. This place should just close down.
