Got Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, curly fries, Coke and the ever so amazing Orange Dream shake...was fantastic!I didn't go in, so I can't rate the atmosphere fairly. But, just from looking in as driving past, it seemed clean.
Different experience went to Arby's Friday night in New Berlin around 7:30 they were closed inside and drive-thru I guess not enough help.Went to the Waukesha store Saturday night around 5:00 went to the door was locked said it was open dine-in 10:00 and the drive-thru ended up going through the drive-thru food was good service was good but very strange people don't want to work anymore or what come on people wake up.
The were understaffed like everyone now days, but that didn't seem to effect the food quality at all or the mood of the manager on duty. She was apologetic about the speed but I told her it was no worry at all... I completely understood the issues she was facing with staffing. Look forward to getting my roast beast fix again the near future.
One of my favorite fast food places. Fast, courteous, quality fresh food consistently.Competitors should take notes.
This location is clean, professional, and has good quality. Ultimately what most places should be, but especially with shortages these days, it's refreshing to have a good experience.
Waited 20 minutes to get my order and while I was waiting in the restaurant, seen multiple orders made wrong or missing items.This is the worst organization I have ever seen. I suggest going to a different Arby's and not This one unless you have lots of time on your hands.

I specifically requested extra horsey and extra Arby's sauce and received exactly zero of each. I guess I should have checked the bag before leaving but I figured I wouldn't need to since I had asked for extra. Also, there was about 1 small dollop of cheese on both beef n' cheddar sandwiches. Not a very satisfying visit.Wanted to come back and change my rating after someone reached out to me to rectify my situation. It's nice to see that people actually look at these reviews and take them seriously. I don't eat a lot of fast food but I'll definitely give this Arby's another shot after seeing how they handled this situation.
Drive through only. Not too bad of a wait in the line.I only went to try the Diablo brisket sandwich. Hot? Yep. Will I buy again.. no. I still prefer the Beef and Chedder.
