When is this location going to close permanently? Every day they close anywhere between 3pm and 5pm. One thursday afternoon I arrived at 4:30pm and was told "sorry we're closed on the drive thru speaker. I said "It says you're open until 7". The lady replied "Nope, we're closed and I'm sure there are other Arby's that are open". I actually laughed out loud. I'm just hoping they close and a different restaurant takes over.
Terrible service. Terrible management that are not concerned with their mistakes. Repeated mistakes. They are not concerned how inconvenient the consumers are and do everything to make sure they are not.
Gotta love a clean restaurant! Even the bathroom was tidy! ? Food was piping hot, fries fresh and crispy, and everything was delicious. Hands down one of the best Arby's I've eaten at. Plus, it's real close to the exit from the highway and super easy to get to. Stop here if you're looking for a quick nibble for the road!
I would have given them five stars if the portions were just a little bit bigger. They are probably the tastiest of the reasonably priced fast food places.
These guys are always on point and the food comes picture perfect. Have yet to have anything missing either. Sadly enough a rarity these days. Great job guys!
Had the French dip very good also a mint shake awesome. Ordered two plan roast beef sandwiches reseved beef and cheddars the ones with the red sauce that can't stand but was all the way on the other side of Waukesha before noticing so shared 1 sandwich for dinner. Bummer.
This was the Rueben I got today...do not waste your time or money...I did get a refund but really?..no cheese or sauerkraut...let alone 1 slice of cornbeef on 1/2 the sandwich??
So bad... fryer broke and literally 3 pieces of meat on sandwich. Very dirty.
Grate food, great service and great people love the jalapeno sliders!!
Labor shortage here but those working were making the best of it. Dining room not always open.
