I mean.. it's taco bell. Got good service and food was quick.
The hwy 10 store in Stevens Point is wonderful. Good food and great service. The one on the north side of town, not so much.
From the very start this experience was awful. The manager Jesse W took our order. We requested time to review the order and were pushed continously for an answer even after we requested additional time to review the menu a 2nd time. Then, when we got to the window to pay, we were not greeted or anything. A farewell, "Have a nice day," was given, however after the first bite of our order, a large hair was found in the very first bite. We called the store immediately and requested to talk to a manager and Jesse answered the phone. We explained what happened, and continued to be told we could come back through and get a new order, with no apology for the awful customer service and what we can only expect to be the deliberately placed hair in our meal. Jesse hung up on us. You have now loss a lifetime customer and we will post/share and tell our story where ever needed. This was hands down one of the worst experiences we have every had.
We went there and we ordered the 12 pack of tacos, they asked if we wanted them supreme and I said NO to them twice and when we went to the window and I asked them to make that the tacos were not supreme and he told us they weren't and we got our food got home and my son went to get a taco and they were supreme with tomatoes and sour cream they were all like that!!!!!!!! We were not happy! I called and told then exactly what I ordered and gave them my order # and they have no record of my order
Ive been to this taco bell three times after a long shift and noticed they started to steal money from me, i would spend about 40$ worth of stuff and would get home to only two products in the bag, when i called them out the last time they tried to give me 'taco ticket cards' that u can only use one of instead of giving me my money back on the THREE OCCASIONS that they have stolen from me, and now they are scheming tell people its cash only, i just wanted to let everyone know if something is missing or your money wasnt given back to you it was VERY MUCH INTENTIONAL AND THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN
Food was cold the taco shells were broken and thay only had kiosk working service was not the best
The woman who took my order on Monday 12-20-2021 was extremely rude. She complained about her being the only worker in the store. She got loud and made me never want to go back to this location again. I feel bad for this location district manager if they have employees treating customers poorly. I even told the lady working hello, and she slammed the window in my face. I even told her have a nice day, and there was nothing said back. Just all around poor service. Not nice at all. I give this store 0 out of 5.
It's been awhile since I've been to Taco Bell, wanted something other than a burger.
No ice for beverages, employees were rude.
It was great fast service with a pretty clean dining area from what we could see (we didn't eat inside). Bathrooms were sketchy. Our food came as ordered!
